I would say that it was difficult to watch sitting continuously. This was originally aired as a multiple night miniseries on TV. I'm hoping the new movie is better.

Good movie however I don't think it's as good as the reboot imo. But still for only 6.00 you really can't go wrong.

The kids wanted to see the original before they with to the movies to see the remake. They liked it considering according to them it was "made in olden days"!

First half of the film is fantastic. Second half not so much, but still a classic TV film based on a classic book!

It was hard to sit through this movie without cringing at the special effects. Of course, the technology was not what it is now but it was still hard to not notice.

I remember watching this as a child and was Terrified but after watching it again the acting was not so great. Good quality picture and fast shipping though

Great classic only problem was it wasn't widescreen and u have a square picture and u can't change that. Besides that it's it what else can u say classic.

You can definitely tell what decade it was made in! The storyline kept my interest, and was fairly entertaining, but there's a reason it didn't win any major awards.

If memory serves me well, when this was first released on TV, it scared me to death. Not as scary 20+ years later. Fun to see the young actors who went on to fame.

My husband bought this movie for me because clowns freak me out. He was hoping it would scare me but it's such an odd movie and not creepy or scary

Steel books are a nice addition. This one wasn’t as impressive as artwork goes, however, movie looked good on Blu-ray

This is a classic film. It is a great price for a classic DVD. Have it on VHS, and so had to buy it on DVD format to keep it up to date. Great film!

Sadly, the quality of the older image on the front really doesn't do the film itself justice!

Not as good as I remember as a kid. And not as good as the movie remakes. But solid.

I guess you can't really ask for much more from a movie that was made for TV in the early 90s. Over acting at its best.

If you had IT on vhs it is worth a blue ray purchase. It looks slightly better than the dvd and is not in two seperate parts

Made for TV movie, just bought it as a refresher for the upcoming movie in theaters. All in all it was a good story.
