They sent me a used record. Opened. Vinyl was in the inner sleeve out of the outer sleeve. It says nowhere on the post that this was a used record. And customer service is AI. It is garbage. No real people. No wonder BB is about to go out of buisness.

first 30 mins nothing but the F-word Then when it's supposed to finally 'pick up' it's just tiresome - not interesting - Couldn't wait for it to end
