So, I ordered the item again and had it delivered to the store. Same thing happened, it was in a ziplock bag. I would have given this 5 stars but there should have been packaging, and instructions

If you can avoid moving them between vehicles they tend to hold up longer. Would I recommend this item? If you want to mount your device to the windshield, it the only game in town.
