Wow for a pre order I didn't get it til almost 2 weeks later AND it arrived damaged.

A lot of the negative reviews are because BB was late delivering the pre order by about 1 week. Yes, somebody messed up somewhere with the physical versions of the game on launch day. They deserve to get called out for that. But I don't see why we're review bombing the GAME because of that. Game itself is a solid. Probably like a 3 or 5. But leaving a 5 star to offset the intellectually challenged leaving 1 stars on the game because they had issues with shipping delays.

Not a great game but definitely a solid all around game. It takes place on an oil rig platform which is different then most video game locations, which i really liked. Story is kinda out there but maybe it's just me not following along good enough.

This was a fun game. And it turned out to be a sad story in the end.

Keeps you on the edge of your seat trying to investigate the different paths you choose.

Sheesh dont even get me started on this mess...went to get my pre order ...non existent...requested a store manager and a man that claimed he was came out..he had no clue where it was , when it was coming et et...eventually i discovered he wasnt a stor manager just an experience supervisor (yaniel) and was supposed to be in charge of of inventory..his lack of knowledge was shocking and the fact he misrepresented himself was worse...i went so far as to ask for a toll # to voice my complaint and he had the audacity to claim bb had no customer service number..only a store number which obviously is a blatant lie...disgusted that they want your money yet treat you so poorly...shame to store in west palm beach fla on palm beach lakes drive...very poor!!

I pre-ordered this under tge assumption that I would be able to pick it up on the day that it released (18 June 24). When I placed my order that is what was advertised. A fee days later I still don’t have the game and Best Buy hasnt provided any details other than the fact that the game is “running late” and that I’ll be e-mailed when it’s ready. I understand that things can happen, but don’t advertise that something will be ready for pick up on tge day it releases if you arent going to have copies ready to go for those who pre-ordered.

Writing this to help get the games rating up to where it should be. This is a solid 4 star game. Best Buy did their job, sometimes in the trucking industry delays happen - weather, traffic, crashes - you name it. Your game arrived didn't it? You got what you paid for. Give some respect to all folks that made it possible.

So you're rating a fantastic game 1-star because the STORE messed up your pre-order? IF that's even what happened. Shipping delays happen all the time and this might not even be Best Buy's fault anyway. You people need to grow up.

Its a fun game that I couldn’t put down at all. Good atmosphere and set pieces

A few days before release the game "sold out", no way that can be the case. Im reading the comments and it sounds like people aren't getting their pre-orders. Did best buy not have them in stock to begin with? What is going on?

I also preordered the game and as austibs review i too also an sitting with we are trying to get it for you in the next few days. That was a few days ago saying its 3 days after release date. Some reason this has been best buys MO lately. They dont get preorders when they say. And for some reason i just think its a fluke and try ordering again. People wonder why best buy is losing business and this is part of it! I hope they get their act together because this started ever since they said they were stopping carrying physical media.

Why preorder a month and a half in advance for Bestbuy not to have my order for pickup on release dare as they claimed

Best Buy needs to communicate with their pre-order clients on their status. Its clear they never got these in stock.
