The movie was great. There were some very complicated and moving situations that really made u focus on the story. I followed the group when I was young and the movie did hit some key points of NWA's career but not all. Honestly there was so much going on with the group that it just wouldn't fit into one movie. All in all great storytelling.

Straight outta Compton was an Epic movie and the group NWA made history in music! The movie pack was an incredible value with the Blu-Ray/DVD and ultraviolet discs and getting a free t-shirt was an added bonus! Definitely a movie my family will watch and rewatch. Will

Being a HIP HOP fan I knew the back story of the NWA I couldn't wait to see the full story that wasn't told in documentaries. Excellent movie and I would recommend this item to anyone.

REAL GOOD MOVIE. I GREW UP IN COMPTON. THE MUSIC WAS REAL DOWN TO EARTH AND THE MEMORIES OF COMPTON, SOUTH CENTRAL, DOOTOS MUSIC CENTER AND THE SKATING RINKS WILL ALWAYS BE REMEMBERED

Great movie to watch that will definitely keep you entertained for all of the Viewing. 4K all in all five good star Quality.

Recommend if you like music and history. Buy it. Saw it at theatres and had to buy this movie. It sold out in most places

The movie is great saw it in theaters and I knew I had to have it on dvd. I rarely buy dvd but this one was a must.

Straight Outta Compton's UHD release offers a strong upgrade over the Blu-ray. Deeper blacks, more intense colors and brilliant whites, and increased sharpness and detail make the picture quality a standout improvement, even as it's sourced from a 2K digital intermediate. The DTS:X Master Audio soundtrack offer a nice improvement over the BD's 5.1 track, too. Highly recommended.

This is one of my new favorites. Everytime this was on I would find myself watching it. I knew when this went on sale in 4k it was a must have. This movie only touched on what went on with this group and probably could have been a longer movie or even been divided into multiple movies to cover it in more detail. The sound and video is great even if it's not an "HDR" movie.

I'm really amazed by 4k! I knew the difference by the numbers but seeing is believing. Colors, contrast, depth is enhanced in 4k. I can't wait until it is the universal format for regular/cable tv, but from now all my movies will be in 4k!! Oh, great movie by the way. It takes me back to the time when it actually took place, not many things move me like that.

A great film dealing with not only hip hop culture, but music overall with the pitfalls of the industry that have befell many groups before no matter the genre of choice. Each member is given due diligence with actors playing their roles to the best in my opinion. Highly recommended.

This movie leaves NWA fans wanting to see sequels and spin offs. Each character gave an excellent delivery that no matter what other movies you see them in you think there is Dre or Easy or Cube. Can we see individual movies for the big homies and Suge?

I grew up listening to NWA and loved their music. I was fortunate enough to see Ice Cube in concert one and he knows how to put on an amazing show. If you like Gangsta Rap and want to learn more about its roots you should enjoy this.

This is another movie I did not go see at the movies, I did see it on a premium channel, but I am very happy I bought it because I love the music and most of plots that are now making me wonder, I really love the DVD.

This documentary film was a nice depiction of the rap group NWA. I enjoyed watching the story behind making some of the classic rap songs I listened to growing up. Nice movie with an even better price.

Always good to know some background info on one of the most influential and sucessful groups of all time. Not sure how accurate it is but i would like to think so. Acting is quite good which surprised me.
