My favorite Animal Collective Album
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Put quite simply, Strawberry Jam is Animal Collective's most daring and creative piece of work to date. While the quality of the mastering isn't as rich as Merriweather Post Pavillion, this is an album that does what it wants, and it does it well, no superb, you know. Let me say, if you're getting into animal collective, listen to Feels First, then do Strawberry Jam, then do Merriweather. I think you will agree that Jam is where it's at. I recommended it to my best friend Leet Larry but he claims to have the stomach flu. His loss, this is a fine quality vinyl that does the trick. Pick it up before it's too late, you know?
