Unfornately, the tracker wouldn't turn on without being plugged to a power source and had issues trying to connect to my iPhone. I didn't bother exchanging for a new one.

Disappointment - Bad Recommendation by Store

The bit piece falls out easily

Spend a litte more and get a good tracker.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this tracker thinking because of the reviews and information available online that it was going to be a good economic answer to my counting my daily steps (I got tired of having my phone in my pocket all the time, and sometimes I would walk around without my phone and miss those steps). So I went and bought this tracker... Biggest mistake ever, it really is not accurate at counting steps, and the response on the band is extremely slow, it sometimes would not turn on when i flipped my wrist. Result: I returned the item, and bought a good fitness tracker.
