    Band design is terrible

I have used the BIO 2 tracker for about a year. At best, it performs on the low end of acceptable as a HR monitor. The sleep monitor does not track my actual sleep patterns. For example, it does not record me as awake when/if I get up at night. The wrist band is by far the worst feature of the Bio2. The band does not provide effective retention of the device. The device falls out of the band at least 2-3 times a week while sleeping, and once a week during normal everyday use. My daughter in law also has the same issue, so I am certain that this is a design defect as opposed to a one or two of a kind issue. The fact that Striiv is redesigning the band for their APEXHR series and using different materials in the band itself is clear indication that they have retention issues with the BIO2 band.
