Great show, lots of action and a good storyline. The cast was well chosen and works well together for an amazing plot.

Love the series and being able to watch whenever is better

I love action movies/tv shows; I caught a passing mention of this show reading some website, and decided to check it out. Whoa, am I glad I did! I can't believe the attention to detail in this series. It plays like those involved with its creation really cared about it and put a lot of time/effort into getting it right. I know its make-believe, but when you're watching it, it doesn't feel that way. The story lines are tight/precise, the acting spot on, the filming locations are breath-taking to see and a character unto themselves...there are no subpar beats with this series, it is a must-have for my collection, and i'm trying to get them all!!!!

24 off the air! The Border off the air! Spooks in the final season! Caught Strike Back on Cinemax and it is great to watch a series with a budget that is not hampered by US censors. Violence galore, nudity and a very interesting plot. Strike Back may not have the complexity of Spooks, though with much more in your face violence, it is like 24 on steroids with some of the witty dialogue reminiscent of the last 2 seasons of The Border. As this is done in a serial format, watching in a few sittings would be like a really long non stop action movie. Highly recommended.

I had never heard of Strike Back before. Just happened to see the set on sale and liked what was written on the back of the box. The season is sort of short (ten one hour episodes) but it is a complete arc. The acting is good, serious, and I always enjoy shows where I don't associate the actors with other roles. My only caution would be to suggest you not let younger kids watch with you, there is rough language and pretty graphic nudity almost every episode.

We bought 3 different shows (2 seasons of one)...and we love them! I just placed an order the other day to complete one of the series (buying 3 more seasons) and plan on buying the other seasons to complete one of the other series (1 of the seasons we bought was to complete our set). VERY reasonably prices and I also really like that the shipping is pretty quick!!

what is there not to love about this show ,the acting is brilliant, the action scenes are realistic and some of the best I 've ever seen , the two male leads fit their characters so well , I find this show hard to turn off , and every episode leaves you wanting more. the only problem with this show is there is only ten episodes per season , because it's so addicting you want more.

Awesome R rated action series. Two fantastic leading men, terrific stunts and action sequences. Suspenseful, shocking, exhilarating. Looks great on blu-ray. Some are pairs of episodes and are like a feature length movie, recommend watching those two at a time. But each episode is still part of the overall globe spanning series story.

This was my introduction to Strike Back, it starts with a bang and never lets up. Action packed, well written, acted and with excellent production values and locales. I said it started with a bang, spoiler alert, it sort of ends with one too. It was a twist I did not anticipate. Hooked me to watch the other 2 seasons. Binge worthy.

Excellent series, however, season one is actually the 2nd series as the BBC aired the first series and then when cinemax joined at the beginning of the 2nd season they released this season as the first although they are 6 episodes from the first season which actually tie into this season.

I enjoyed watching this movie. I'm glad I bought the combo deal and look forward to getting part two. It's too bad the full bird had to take the fall in the end. Hopefully second edition is good as this first one and more action.

I purchased Season 1 on DVD when it first came out, Blueray was not available at that time. Purchased it in Blueray to complete my all season set. A series I enjoy watching over and over again.

My internet went out and they couldn't send someone to fix it for a week so I went out to look for something to distract me after work. This seemed like it would be interesting and it was. 10/10 would buy again.

Got caught up in this show a few years ago when I had Cinemax.Never saw the last 2 seaons, so I decided to buy the series and start over. Lot of fun.

this is one of the best series ever put on the small screen. there's tons of action . not to mention gun and. girls it's the odd couple meets call of duty.

I ordered this series to begin a new tv series that I had not seen. It was exactly what I wanted. It was recommended to me by a friend to watch.

This is the best season with great characters development and superb story.

Keeps you wanting more lots of trills and action makes you never to stop watching till the seasons over then the next seasons out and your doing it all over again

It's a good example of what professional soldiers might be like and how they use technology to help them chase down the bad guys.

Its like James Bond but in real life and with more over the top action and no ratings restrictions! So much fun with this series
