    Very happy with the upgrade and problem solving for my desktop computer. The original problem has been solved plus the speed is that it works now is so much better. I'm very happy with the outcome from Geek Squad!!!

    Am/fm doesnt work a huge blue tooth speaker. Just get a compact speaker...

    Product features section states "Cassette Player: Yes" but ... nope. I gave it as a gift and completely failed because the (older generation) recipient wanted a cassette player primarily. Thanks for nothing, Best Buy.

    I had to order this radio twice as the first one had a defective speaker. The second one the CD player didn't work.

    On the third use of this boombox, it quit picking up stations, no sound nothing. I liked the tuner when it was working, but for $150.00, it should be much better quality.

    I had own one of these and it stopped working. I ordered two so as tto put one in storage for a later date. The day they arrived I tested both. The radio didn't work on one of them. I called for a replacement. They sent it. I returned the defective unit. The replacement unit's radio didn't work either. I called to explain. The customer service is so bad that I just gave up. The service is based in India and the language difference is insurmountable. The local stores offer little regress for any problem. My advice is to fine some place else to purchase your electronics.

    The Boombox is nice as far as it plays music well, etc.... But I specifically ordered it with AM/FM radio, and it says on the page I ordered it that there is AM/FM and it even says on the box we received that it has AM/FM, but on the actual boombox itself, it only has FM. I think that is very poor!! You pay $150 for a nice boombox and it isn't what I paid for.

    I loved this thing- treated it like gold. Then I realize after the best buy return date that only one speaker is working. Best buy told me to take a hike and I’m left spending almost $200 for LITERALLY half the product.
