    This item was so much more than I expected. The sound is very good. The only drawback is the radio tuner is very hard to read. Other than that, I definitely recommend this product for someone who wants to listen to music and have it portable.

    Works as a CD player but we played a cassette in it and the player promptly ate the tape. I figured it could have been the cassette, so tried a different cassette that I often use in a different player. Big mistake! That one is trash now too. I reached out to the manufacturer's customer service team and they want me to pay shipping to send it back to them. I spent $100 on a very cute piece of garbage that destroyed two of my cassettes. I'm not going to sink another $20 to ship it back. The Insignia CD/Cassette/Bluetooth/Radio is also garbage. Does anyone make a CD/Cassette/Bluetooth/Radio that doesn't suck? If so, LMK. I've wasted too much time and money on this.

    DO NOT buy! I’ve had one for a little over 6 months and the CD player won’t work. Best Buy told me they won’t help me with a replacement. They just lost a loyal and consistent customer!
