Customers have good things to say about the Tutti Laptop Backpack's ample pockets and spacious design, finding it suitable for carrying various items, including laptops and books. However, some customers have reported issues with the durability of the bag, citing instances of tears and zipper malfunctions after relatively short periods of use. This suggests a need for improvement in the backpack's construction to better withstand everyday wear and tear.

I bought this backpack for my 7th grade daughter. She likes the style, but after 4 weeks of school use, the seams are splitting around the main zippered compartment. She carries her ipad, a couple of composition books and 1-2 study guides. I'm going to try to return it, but doubtful of the response I'll get from customer service since it's been beyond 30 days.

Within a couple months of normal wear, the bag is pulling apart at the zipers. The netted pockets on the sides are ripping too. Love the size and pockets and the laptop pocket, but I would have expected much more for the price and a Best Buy product.

The specs stated that backpack was compatible with most 16'' laptops. well my Toshiba laptops is 15.5 and it wont fit!! Im upset headed back to best buy to see if it was a fluke in design.. Im hoping since I loved the backpack and sleeve set and the sale price.

I thought this back back was the most adorable thing ever, so I immediately purchased it after seeing it in store. It worked well for the first few months....my 13" MacBook and my pharmacy school books all fit with no problem. All of the pockets are super helpful for organizing. BUT, after 5 or 6 months, I started noticing holes in the bottom of the bag that slowly became larger and more numerous as time went on. I ended up having to throw it away for fear of losing something important. And, of course, white a white base, it is a dirt magnet, but I expected that. Maybe in a more durable material, It'd give it another try.

Im 17 years old and paid for the back pack myself because i loved the color and im a big fan of studio c, my parent advised against it because it a lot of money and we have other backpacks. but i loved this one. when i got it within the first 2 weeks the back zipper got stuck and ripped the inside of the backpack and it broke the zipper. so I just pinned it together, but the the lining between the zipper spread apart and got bigger and bigger. I loved how colorful the backpack was but im not even carrying heavy books in it and it fell apart. my back pack is now held together by paper clips and has been nothing but a hassle. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BACKPACK TO ANYONE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING,I WISH I COULD GET A REFUND BACK.

Great Packpack... Not Size Appropriate

In short, this backpack is a great, attractive backpack, BUT there is a very real problem that the laptop sleeve/section/slot does NOT fit a 15.6" laptop! That is the size of my laptop and I thought for sure it would fit within this stylish backpack. It DID, but it was an incredibly tight fit and I had to do a lot of jimmying to get the zipper closed. After a dozen or so uses the fabric around the zipper frayed from the tight fit and the 'lock' of the zipper will no longer slide. The rest of the backpack is fine and takes a fair amount of weight with no problems, but I purchased this bag mainly for its ability to safely carry my computer. With the zipper no longer operational the backpack is all but worthless to me.
Would work best for a laptop 14" or under, NOT the size advertized.

Got this backpack for college. It ripped after 4 months of using it, and all I was carrying around in it was a normal amount of books. And I'm not allowed to return it because it's "past 15 days" for the return policy. RIDICULOUS.

Back Pack Poorly Made

The first one I purchased had a defect, so I returned it for another one. The second one only lasted for about 3 months with normal school wear and then ripped apart and was completely unusable. Best Buy did give me a gift card for the full amount, but this backpack has been nothing but a hassle! Don't buy it!

Had this for six months for my 4th grader. Every seam that is attached to the zipper has completely detached and shredded. I called and emailed the company and they do not offer any support. DON'T BOTHER!

This bag ripped within the first few weeks of use so I returned it, and got another bag just like the first, which ripped even worse than the first one. Don't waste your money.
