This movie is really good. Lots of action and Steven Seagal did a great job.

Like Out for a Kill, Submerged is more fun then a barrel of monkeys, simply because it is so incredibly bad. The story is so nonsensical, it may hurt your brain if you actually try to understand what is happening. This is filled with ridiculous stereotypes, terrible editing, really weird sound design (there are parts where some random guy, who sounds nothing like Seagal, is doing Seagal's voice), and as I mentioned, an insane story that truly makes no sense. It's like 3-4 different movies smashed together; like the crew said "All right, we watched some 90's action movies, found some scenes we liked. Lets poorly ape them, and then edit everything together and call it a day!" This disaster is, like Out for a Kill, genuinely entertaining. If you like to watch movie making abominations unfold, this is a gem.
(Once again, the 5 stars is for entertainment value, on its own merits, the movie deserves like a -83)
