A secret government agency, led by the ruthless, high-ranking official Amanda Waller, recruits some of the most dangerous, incarcerated villains on the planet to execute dangerous black ops missions and save the world from a potentially apocalyptic threat from a mysterious, supernatural entity. If anything goes wrong on this mission, the government will not be liable but rather can place the blame on the villains, who are inherently evil people. A small bomb is implanted in each member of the squad's neck with the capability of detonating any time one of the members tries to rebel or escape. It will be up to this assembled team of villains to prevail over the seemingly impossible events that will unfold before them, in what many deem to be a "suicide mission".

This movie has potential. And by that I mean that as good as the concept is, what we see here us only scratching the surface of what it can really become. Every single character we encounter could devekop its own franchise and every single character has a story to tell. We should be able to see the Suicide Squad crew go on for a long time to come. UHD picture quality was a bit if a let down with an overly dim look and a few HDR highlights particularly in the final battle against the villain. As tbe storyline suggests, in a world without Super Man humanity needs individuals like the Suicide Squad members to step in. I highly recommend this if you're into DC/Warner Bros production.

This movie has its flaws, must be honest about that but it is still an enjoyable ride. Will Smith is well fit for the DC movie universe. There are scenes that seem non important but the action is very extreme and cool to look at. The Joker could have been in it a little more and Amanda Waller could have been more ruthless. The cameos are fun and the set up for a larger DC universe was done well. A movie worth watching if you are a fan of DC and comics.

The movie is fun to watch; specially Harley Quinn ( Margot Robbie) which is basically the best character in the movie. The problem is that the 4k BD is far darker than the standard BD. It is so dark some scenes are impossible to see actors faces or see the action. My Samsung TV does not support HDR so I was able only to play with the bright controls and get something decent; but it was better to see the standard BD included. You can of

I honestly thought this movie was great in every way. I loved the way the director put a little bit of everything like action, comedy, adventure, fantasy and sci fi and combined it all together honesty very well done. I honestly think this is one of the best dc comics films of the year 2016 Great cast and crew and great production in general not to mention great great performances that are unforgettable.

Definitely not what a Suicide Squad movie should have been. They should've just made the Joker the main villain. It would've been more interesting. Jared Leto's Joker isn't the best portrayal, but could've still been interesting to watch what else he does with the role. Some great actions sequences and funny moments. The extended edition adds a few extra scenes, most notably between Harley Quinn and The Joker. Not much else.

Fair movie although there is little or no character development for the majority of the characters (just a quick scene showing how they got sent to prison) with the exceptions of Harley Quinn and Deadshot. Because of this you really don't care about the characters and have no idea as to what makes them tick. Once a basic backstory introduces you to the characters the story moves quickly maybe too quickly.

I was already a fan of the movie and planned to purchase it upon release. I just upgraded to a 4k tv, however most broadcast is still 1080. I was thrilled to find out this was available in 4K and was my first chance to truly experience 4k. The picture and sound are superb, and as I stated before I am a fan of the movie itself. If you are looking for a true theater experience and a fun, action filled anti-hero/ love story, this is for you!

I was one of the few who enjoyed this movie in theaters. The only part I did not like was the main villain, but otherwise the action was good and it was a great mix of humor. The extended version did add more to the Harley/Joker storyline but honestly was not really needed. The 4K picture quality was phenominal as expected, especially with HDR giving some rich colors. Overall the movie is worth picking up for UHD 4K users.

I love this movie I put a 4 star for the reason that is the worst 4k hdr movie I have seen and the 4k do not has the extended edition, the extended edition is on the Blu-ray. Excellent bonus features to see. It's annoying to pay for premium content and it does not has on the extended on 4k plus the poor hdr that is has. Overall it is a excellent movie action packed

If you take this for Citizen Kane, you’re in trouble. But for a DC movie it’s ok.

Over all this was a good movie with fun DC Comic characters, sweet scenes for 4K and great soundtrack for the audio buffs. Story line was ok and some scenes may need explanation if you know nothing about comic books. 4K verison is awesome as well plus you get two versions of the movie. Favorite character was joker.

The movie in 4K is fantastic, maybe even better than when I saw it at the theater on the big screen. The only problem I had was I bought it when it when on sale. I had no idea that the Ultra Violet codes had an expiration date, which is one of the main reasons I bought this movie so the code would not load into my VuDu account.

Many critics slammed this movie when it came out, but I have to disagree, You are taken on a fun ride throughout the whole movie, and yes there are some cheesy parts and characters, what super hero movie doesn't have these. Marvel is even susceptible to this. Don't go into it expecting a joker lead movie and you will leave satisfied.

I was glad to have to picked up Suicide Squad on 4k Bluray. My only complaint is that you can't watch the extended cut in 4k, because it's only on the bluray. But at least it's there. As for the movie, it was cool to see some lesser known characters like Deadshot get some attention, and to finally see Harley Quinn in live action.

With all of the negative reviews of how bad the movie is; I figured I would watch both version of Suicide Squad. Now, I get the criticism, but, the movie was fun and enjoyable. The extended cut was better as it gave more depth to the story and made sense of some of the inconsistencies. Will Smith shines so well in this film.

Definitely worth a watch but I personally was not a huge fan.

This is a quality 4K movie. The standout performances belong to Will Smith, who gets the balance between a dreaded killer and a caring father just right. Margot Robbie is also great as Harley Quinn. Although this move didn't receive rave reviews, I happened to like it alot. I found the characters interesting and there was a ton of action.

Best Buy did it again. Had a product I wanted right where I expected it to be along with some of the best employees on the planet. Thank you again for the pleasant purchase experience. Suicide Squad is a completely different look at heros. The action is nonstop and the story was well thought out playing a role throughout. Thanks for the experiences.
