Could've been better if the execs could stop pretending to be directors. It's not horrible, just not great. The soundtrack helpss alot in saving this film.

I have not watched this movie and decided to buy a copy because I wanted to watch this one first before the new suicide squad 2021 movie. I was so disappointed upon receiving this copy of mine primarily because it looks old and used. The plastic protective cover looks bad as well as the cover art paper looks crumpled! This is not the first time I had this problem but please Bestbuy I paid for a full price brand new copy and this is what I got? I hope this is the last time I will experience this. I have been a loyal BB customer and hoping for a better quality control of your products being delivered to your customers. I have attached a photo of ID4 which I also bought online from them and the not so good looking copy of the suicide squad.

If you look at the current ad, it states that the Ultra HD version comes with a Digital Copy. What it fails to tell you is that it is an "Ultra Violet" copy which does not play well on an iPad. As a consumer, I am very disappointed that UV was the only digital download option available for a "premium copy" of a movie.

While I hesitate to call this film "good," this film can be fun and entertaining. Get this film on sale if you can. Hope that we see the true version of the movie someday.

I love Suicide Squad. All of the characters were great. Deadshot he was unbelievably dead on!! I just drew a blank on the girl. I think it was Quinn. She had no fear. I loved the smeared lipstick. She was so funny, but she could kill those monsters without batting an eye. El Diablo was on fire, literally. The Aussie with his pink unicorn and the Crock. These harden criminals locked up far away are brought in to save the world from an evil witch. They were in a fight for the lives. This movie went to high gear several minutes from the start All the way up to the end. I have watched both versions of this movie, theatrical and extended cut, more than 10 times. It is AWESOME!!!

Great action movie. This one really brings out the characters.

I am a movie lover & it takes a lot for me to not like one, & this movie had some bad reviews when it first came out, but it is a lot better than what the critics say. The characters are lovable & the movie overall was pretty good! Everything now a days seems to have sequels (including this one), so it’s worth it to follow the story to see what happens next.

Seeing this one before hand and allowing the younger children to see the edited version was worth it. I found characters to love even with them being the so called bad guys. The side stories were needed to make you connect more with the characters. The action. The intensity. The myth/history linked to the plot line. Well worth the time to sit and watch it. We have enjoyed adding this one to our families movie collection to watch again.

REally the villain enchantress too corny after transformation..but other than the I kinda dig it..Will Smith is a good deadshot and of course Margot Robbi kills as Haley Quin..Leto was right..just not enough of him in the movie as he went all in down the rabbit hole as Joker on par with Ledger,, ok.. just added one more star after writing this.

I didn’t originally want to see this movie, but others told me that it was good and I should check it out. I’m glad I did! It was entertaining, and I enjoyed it. Much more than I ever thought I would. Not quite on par with the other DC movies, but rock solid, and definitely a cool flick!

I collect DVD's of the movies and TV shows I like. The suicide squad is outrageously funny with an excellent cast.

Honestly, I think this movie is very fun, despite what critics say. I think this movies truly shines with the 4k version as the colors truly pop with the HDR. I wish the extended cut was given the 4k UHD treatment, but I am still happy to at least have the standard blu-ray extended cut included in this set.

Excellent! Very Dark and Hilarious Super Heroes! Awesome Character Development! Love the Losers and Outcasts! Awesome Music Track! Plenty of Action and comedic banter. Love the Plot Twists, and believe or not, Some Dark and Twisted Romance-Believe me, It fits in Perfectly! 5 Stars In Every Way!!!

This movie is a product of WB/DC trying too rush out to many superhero movies in order to compete with Marvel during 2015 - 2017. Director and actors were great but the plot was just basic and simple and at times not sure what it wants to be. Pretty evident that the writing department was given a few days to pen something together in order to make a release deadline. A shame too as I really want to love this move for the acting alone but find it hard since a majority of the cast is left with nothing to do. Worth a watch but don't expect much of a story Blu-ray disc and audio is top notch. Watch the extended version for some much needed exposition that was cut out of the theatrical.

Gotta love the acting of all the characters, it is just perfect the way how they play their role in this movie

‘Suicide Squad’ was one of my most anticipated movies of the summer. While I had little prior knowledge of the supervillain team, the trailers were excellent and I had high hopes that THIS would be the movie to get the DC Extended Universe franchise on the right track following the first two mediocre entries (Man of Steel and Batman v Superman Dawn of Justice). Top-tier talent brings the Squad to life – Will Smith, Margot Robbie, Jared Leto, plus director David Ayer at the helm following up the acclaimed ‘End of Watch’ and ‘Fury.’ It’s clear that Warner Bros wanted this to be their ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ and they marketed the heck out of it to try and build that image. To this movie’s credit, it is VERY entertaining from the first frame to the last with lots of fun action sequences that take advantage of each character’s widely varied powers. One-liners hit more often than they miss making for a lighter, goofier tone than I anticipated from a movie featuring a bunch of psycho killers. For DC fans, just to see a lot of these characters like Killer Croc and Diablo finally make their jump from the comic book pages to the big screen will be enough for the price of admission. Deadshot and Harley Quinn elevate every scene they’re in while the lesser characters like Boomerang add some flavor and mix things up in complimentary roles. This movie is really fun and keeps you engaged, unfortunately there’s some issues which hold ‘Suicide Squad’ back from hanging with the best comic book films. The editing is choppy as scenes begin and end abruptly failing to flow very well together. A lot of expository dialogue is used to introduce the myriad characters in the first half of the movie…while the second half is filled to the brim with guns-blazing action hardly giving you a moment to catch your breath. This movie could benefit from an Ultimate Edition treatment like what Batman v Superman received – an extra 20 minutes to smooth out rough edges and allow scenes to breathe. Without getting too far into spoiler territory, the choice of villain is a disappointment. The opponent of the Suicide Squad is decidedly supernatural and a lot of the violence is bloodless and without stakes. These creative decisions were probably controlled by the studio to get the film a PG-13 rating, but it neuters a lot of the action as swords and bullets pass through the equivalent of computer generated rock monsters. Ignore the critics who overwhelmingly annihilated this movie - ‘Suicide Squad’ is a flawed but entertaining experience that you should check out in the theatre. It just doesn’t quite capitalize on all of its potential.

I love The Suicide Squad. I thought it was going to be ridiculous or something. It's far from it. With a great blend of action and comedy I totally recommend it. You may want to watch it with out your children the first time but I really see no reason most ages can enjoy it!

This movie was great. Tons of action. Good story. Great special effects. Will Smith and Margot Robbie were standouts in this movie. They always have great chemistry when they're matched up. Get this movie. You will enjoy it.

Movie is ok, blu-Ray transfer is great, dark, Inky blacks, very sharp, can’t imagine 4K blu-Ray looking any better. Extended version isn’t revolutionary. It’s maybe 11-12 minutes longer. It’s nothing like Batman V. Superman where the longer cut resulted in a superior film.

There is nothing redeeming about this money, with the exception of gratuitous back-side shots of Margot Robbie.
