Still waiting on my credit after returning it almost 30 days ago! No response from the 3rd party seller and Best Buy has been an absolute nightmare to deal with.for a mere $22.92 they can’t figure out how to issue a store credit that is redeemable. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and that is saying something. In was passed around between 12 agents and 4 different phone numbers over the course of 30 days and each agent bad mouthed the other agent saying they didn’t know what they were doing and never actually mailed the GC. Then the next one would say it was mailed and I will receive it any day now. As we speak, I’ve been on hold for 40 minutes spoke to 2 different agents and they have no way to help.
