I did not find this software helpful with my photo programs. It messed up my computer and I had to uninstall software and restore my computer to an earlier time. Computer is working fine again so will not try to reload this software.

This is a great product, but more in depth than what I was looking for.

It is so complicated that you can't use it. It is even difficult to find out out to select a picture to edit. It was a total waste of money.

The Phototools 2 product is unfriendly; difficult to use; therefore, I obtained poor results. When I tried to return it, 21 days after buying, I learned that Best Buy does not accept returns older than 15 days. So, I've done the better I could do with the product under the circunstancies; I asked the Best Buy Rep to throw it into the garbage can. She did it right there - in front of me - and said "...The next in line please ! This is it" Bad experience, product + Best Buy handling of my attempt to return it.

Did not due what I thought it would . Overrated program

My initial use of t his product was fairly simple. It worked well for what I intended.

Purchased to revive my aged photos, still a work in progress ,so far so good.
