When using the turbo function, battery dies quickly. Also was using it and a piece of the fan I think inside busted loose and now unusable. Still under warranty and even though I responded with Best Buy snapshots of receipts same day as their email (7/11/24) never got a response back. On hold with them now. Over a month. DONT BUY
