This is my first pressure washer. Not a bad product for my first. Too early to tell how durable it will be. The power cord is long but is too stiff to wrap around the attached holder or in any other manner. Nice that it comes with various tips which are a better quality than a third-party set that came with my foam cannon. Using it primarily for washing our vehicles and maintaining our home’s exterior. I have a water softener cartridge attached to reduce water spots. Given that top-of-the-line Kränzle pressure washers are over $1k, this does a respectable job at a quarter of the price.

Easy to put together. The power & hose are long enough. The tips are quick connect and durable.

Took years of grime off my composite deck. Algae at the base of the garage. Haven't washed the cars with the wide car wash nozzle yet but looking forward to it. Wish there was a 4 wheel wagon version with even bigger wheels to have even more room to coil the hoses and drag around the house but this is still pretty convenient.

Good product prob the best for the money hands down. Def love the organization on the nozzles and its been easy to use. Cleaned my hole house without soap now i need to go over one more time with soap and see what that will do.

So far it has given me no problems. Really useful around the house. Only downside is having to move the extension cord but it’s electric so that’s a given.

Great product. It works great. I have found so many uses for it. Beyond, the driveway and house siding. It does a great job with cars, floor mats, tools, and so much more. I am having a blast! [Pun Intended] I bought the soap as well. I would save the money and not buy that as I didn't see any difference.

I bought this for my son and daughter-in-law as a present. They had borrowed a friend’s power wash before and they desired one! It was a great surprise: my son loved it! The favorite part was the fact that you don’t need to buy gas since it’s electric! It’s powerful and beautiful and it works great!

Returned due to it not being powerful enough. I think this might be great for cleaning vehicles with low pressure attachment, but not great for deep pressure cleaning. I tried this on our dirty old patio pavers and it did nothing, used it on the fence and required close up washing to clean anthing off the old fence.

It was good quality. Delivering at a time and good customer.

I’m gonna clean my home regularly so it won’t be so dirty! (Right…) This unit did an excellent job with caked on mildew and dirt. Looks like a new trailer.But it was a lot like work. Lol. I certainly recommend it . Especially if you procrastinate like me and wait 2 years before you clean it.

Great machine for being electric but gas might be better

It’s okay, it does not feel like a 3,000 psi. Okay for washing car and minor cement washing.

Using it since past four month and so far very good

Great equipment to use for the everyday person. Not for commercial use

Only used it once; the second time I turned it on, it made a strange noise and malfunctioned. The water pump is not working, and I spent $300 on something that is now useless. I do not recommend it at all.

If i could give this item 0 stars i would. Broke during the first use. Didn’t even make it halfway down the driveway. Also Best Buy has a terrible return policy of two week. I don’t even try to use it in those first two weeks so now I’m really screwed.

The front panel was broken in the box. I called the factory for the replacement piece. It was not available. I called the store for a replacement. After a week, I called the store again and it was never ordered like they said they would.

Poor quality i used it 2 times and on the second time I used it it broke very disappointing cause I was looking forward to using it often
