It's light weight & handles just great. took it to cemetery to clear Grass, Weeds away from area. worked great. comes without a battery, so order 1 when purchasing this.

IT'S CRAP! I didn't use it for even half an hour and the motor overheated and stopped working!! what nonsense is this? - wasted time and money? - I want my money back!!

Works great on edges that are already there. No so good making new edges. the plastic will break off. As a Weed trimmer it works just fine

This electric trimmer does a great job. Additional blades are available from Sun Joe. It is a bit heavy (I'm 5'4" and old), but otherwise is great. Sturdy, versatile, dependable.

Works good but i need another blade for this my old one is worn out

The device is electric but does require to be plugged in-- not battery operated and no way to attach battery, must use plug in. I found that it has the recommended extension cord for optimal performance and it was very helpful. It does require a 3 prong extension cord and must be able to go into the device. Other than that, not too bad for a moderate yard with 50' extension cord.

Good value for the price. I could never get the string ones to work without constantly rethreading the string. This does take being very careful with the blades though.

I have a rough time with a string weed eater, can't keep string in it. This was so much lighter and easier to use. Good value for the money.

Rugged and easy to use. The blade can last at least 2 full single family house yards of trimming and edging before replacement consideration.

Over all if you are OK with Electric Weed Trimmer this is a very good option because of the Blades. No more dealing with String running out and having to go out an purchase more sting to do your weeding

This works very well. The only drawback is the blade tears and you have to order more.

Blade broke in first 5 mins of use. Will never buy another sun Joe product. Amount of vibration is painful

Not even close to a string weed eater. It doesn't get close to the fence at all. It's worth buying for really open spaces but if you can get a used string one with gas for even $20 more I would spend the extra money. I kept this anyway but had to go get another kind. It's much heavier than you would think for an electric weed eater.
