When I received the Sun Joe, one of the wheels was broken at the axle mount. I contacted the manufacturer, sent them a picture, and they quickly sent a replacement wheel, which fortunately, was fairly easy to swap out. The machine performs well and the included accessories are appropriate with the possible exception of the wallpaper steamer, since I have no wallpaper to remove. The tank is easy to fill, it heats up quickly and the unit provides steam for a surprisingly long time before a refill and reheat is needed. This is a good unit for spot cleaning and deodorizing after pet accidents.

Ive been using this HANDY tool for so MANY projects around the house and with an extension cord even outside! CLEANED MY CAR RIMS PERFECTLY! Strong and durable with great steam pressure! Need to buy another for a friend! It has held up well so quality is great.

as far as steam goes, this thing is an absolute beast. no complaints at all. but....the wheels are junk. arrived broken, returned for exchange and those came broken also. contacted sun joe and to their credit, they sent me a new one that was fine but one of the wheels broke while using it the first time.

It is not a bad item. One piece was broken in the box when received but all other parts were intact. It does stem but at times more water than steam come out and that makes it hard but it does get scum build up when you have it on high pressure and get close to the area that has the dirt and scum. It slides it right out so I will say it does the job just wish more steam that water

I just received this product today and tried it out. Well I should say, I attempted to. The steamer continued to flash red and manual stated that it was low water level. It made no sound ether and I obviously had it filled. I toggled the power switch it would run for .25-.40 seconds then start to flash again.

Works very well Only have it a short time , however it heats up fast and the steam is fairly high pressure Good accessories come with it

This item I purchased was used. Called customer service to get a refund but they refused. Now I have to throw away a $120 item because it pours a brunch of brown water.

My friend loves his steamer. He saw it online and wanted to try it out.

I had been thinking about getting a steam cleaner for various cleaning tasks around the house and when this showed up as a Deal of the Day I pounced. I have used it for several different cleaning tasks now and am pleased and happy with its performance. For the money it was a great buy. Highly recommended.

I had high expectations. Cleaned the stove, but did not remove water stains on mirrors, windows, faucets and bathtub. It actually damaged my bathtub wall. It wouldn't even clean dirt off my Vans sneakers. It will remove some dirt and grime.

I tried using it as a pressure washer, my mistake, it’s not a pressure washer! For small jobs it does the job. It does heat up fast. I used it on my home windows and screens. Takes all the dirt right off.

It's not a 60 second heat up like it says but it does the job

Good starter machine. Small and light to carry around. I hope to use it a few more times before making my kind up about how effective it is.

I am amazed on how powerful this machine is. I used it to clean the inside of the oven and it got rid of all the black old grease marks. Easy to use. I love it.

This item didn’t work out of the box. The water level sensor wouldn’t allow it to heat up. Called the company and they are sending a replacement! Hope the new one works

Not as powerful as hoped , trickles out steam on a low pressure.
