Great - aside from runs in fabric

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We really enjoy our umbrella (although definitely purchase a weight since it becomes a giant sail and gusts of wind will treat it as such). The only issue I had was there were multiple runs in the umbrella shade upon opening. To get the umbrella open, this material is pulled pretty tight so I worry this problem will worsen over time and shorten the lifespan.

There are few scratches in the umbrella leaf and stand is unstable. Its too heavy to Open and close the umbrella whoch make me feel its not of aluminium.

Posted .Dear customer, I apologize for the less than completely satisfied feeling you are left with. For an umbrella this size you must purchase an Offset umbrella base. This base weighs up to 125 lbs. when filled with water or sand. As for the scratches, this should be an easy claim for any replacement part(s) or full product replacement under the warranty. Misrepresentation of Product

I was under the impression that the weighted base was part of my order,. The photo shows it as part of the umbrella. I received the umbrella but no weighted base to keep it from falling over. I'm extremely disappointed. It's not useable as is.

Posted .We have gone back and forth with Best Buy about allowing wording on the images to avoid these complaints. That said, the product specifications found with the listing clearly state the base is not included.
