A good iron to use on all types of fabrics. It gets hot fairly quickly and produces great steam when needed. Hard water tends to cause mineral buildup at the openings.

I am really pleased with my purchase of the Sunbeam Classic Iron. It is lightweight and very easy to use. No frills or bells and whistles, but it has all the options needed to do what and iron needs to do. I actually enjoyed ironing with it, and that's saying a lot! I recommend this product!

Completing 3 yrs with this steam iron now. Extremely happy with it after switching from Black & Decker that lasted only for 1 yr. This one creates lots of steam - 3 steam settings available but middle one is a lot for me. I use it with the "Cotton" setting for almost every cloth. Works fine. One water filling goes with this setting for about 10 clothes (depends on iron speed though). Only one incident in 3 years and that too happened because I turned up and down too quickly so the steam probably got trapped and burned my cloth. No I have got a habit to first rub it on the iron board before putting on cloths.

I like the clean white design. It also does its job and works great. I can’t expect more from this iron.

I was looking for cheap and lightweight iron and found one! Plus easy controls too. Hope it lasts though.

I like how fast this will heat up and keep heat even w/ steam and water spray. It irons fast w/ only a few swipes needed even on hard wrinkles.
