      If your GoHeat™ Cordless Heating Pad stops working, please try the following steps to remedy this issue:

      -Please make sure that you have fully charged the battery for 3 hours or until the light is solid green.
      -Verify tight connection between pad and USB outlet.
      -Verify no physical damage to the cord, power button, pad or battery.
      -Verify that the charger is plugged in properly when charging.
      -Ensure the USB power source can provide a 2A current output

      1. Before first use, fully charge the battery unit/heating pad controller by connecting charger cord into the charger port and plug into AC wall jack.
      Note: Charge in an ambient temperature between 41°F and 95°F (5°C and 35°C).
      2. Battery light will flash green during charging.
      3. Once battery light is solid green, the unit is fully charged. Charging may take up to 3 hours (using the standard charger) and up to 1 hour and 15 minutes (using the quick charger).

      BATTERY UNIT:
      1. The battery can last up to 4 hours on low heat setting and up to 2 hours on high heat setting.
      2. The battery light indicator will turn red or green when the battery is either low, charging, or fully charged.
      3. Battery runtime will reduce over time. Battery life depends on usage and storage conditions

    The battery literally lasted 10 mins on high then needed recharging! I thought perhaps it was because it wasn’t fully charged, but I fully recharged and attempted to use again with the same results.

      To fix this problem, do the following to reset your heating pad:

      1. Unplug the power cord from the electrical connection.
      2. Unplug the cord from the actual product itself (if your product has a detachable cord)
      3. Re-plug the cord into the product. Make sure the connection is secure and complete.(if your product has a detachable cord)
      4. Re-insert power cord back into a wall outlet.

      If these measures won't work and the problem still persists, take note that our heating pads have a 5 year limited warranty, if you have any questions about the warranty or want to get warranty service, please message us directly so we can determine the best resolution.     This item was delivered today, i will be returning it this week. 3 hours to charge. 2 hours of heat. It spends more time charging than offering relief.
