From reading the other reviews I am wondering if my wrap is broken. I have had it for 2 months and it absolutely does not and will not get warm on the heat setting. Even when it is turned to high it does not get warm to the touch. I have a chronic illness that causes severe multiple joint pain and have very little extra money due to my disability. Purchasing this was a splurge for me so of course I am extremely disappointed that it is worthless for what I bought it for. I basically threw away 40 bucks. Hopefully others are happier with this product that I am.

Please try to reset your heating pad by following the steps below: 1. Unplug power cord from wall outlet. 2. Check the heating pad plug connection. 3. Re-insert power cord back into wall outlet.
If this not resolve the issue, please contact us so we can check if your heating pad is still the under warranty. Have a great day!
