RETURNED THIS ITEM BECAUSE FAILED TO GET WARM ON THE SAME DAY AS I PICKED UP REPLACEMENT FOR DAMAGED MICROWAVE!! YOU HAVE NOT CREDITED ME! YOU NEED TO CREDITED ME WITH PROGRESSIVE ASAP !!!!
