By the time I managed to get the checkout page to work it was almost 1:00 am. I refreshed the page to be sure the "deal of the day" price was still valid. It was so I hit submit. When I printed the receipt I was charged full price! I returned them. This was deceptive.

Too fast on low speed.

We appreciate your concern and wanted to let you know that there was a mistake in the specifications for this Hand Mixer. The specifications listed that it came with dough hooks, drink rod, spatula and whisk, when in fact it does not. We have since corrected the error with the specifications and sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. We hold ourselves to higher standards than this and want to make sure we meet the expectations created by our product specifications in the future.

The mixer was delivered with the beaters alone.I contacted customer service and following their advice I went to the store to get a new one (same model, new package). The mixer arrived a couple of days ago, AGAIN without the missing parts. If this model is not supposed to have these parts included it should be taken down of the website! It is misleading...Other than that the product is fine for what it is.
