Better than not having one

While it is very cheap in price, you run the risk of whatever you put on it breaking when the thing falls over. If your camera has any weight to it, when attached to the tripod it becomes top heavy; if outside a moderate breeze could blow it over; it does not take any bumping with a camera on it. The old saying is "you get what you pay for." It didn't cost much and well... Do yourself a favor spend a few more bucks and get a better one.

empty box

Tried calling Best Buy customer service and after a hour of waiting was disconnected. Best Buy, More trouble than it's worth.

Bad quality

The head will not stay on the tripod
