Junk. My second tripod for this brand for my iPhone 13 Pro standard size. Lucky to return the first. Second too late for Best Buy return period. The ball head must be loosened then retightened to adjust, which takes time for selfies because other tripods just let you move the head and it stays. Also, within a day each, the metal stem that attaches to the head is loose and must be tightened clockwise, but eventually strips and sometimes caused the head and camera to flop. The final blow this weekend was when extending one of the telescoping joints separated. Now it doesn’t reconnect and I cannot telescope the tripod.
It is difficult for me to imagine that someone actually had to engineer this junk. Perhaps someone who has never been outdoors or has never actually used a selfie stick.
On the bright side, the Bluetooth remotes for these have been the best. This stick is already in the trash, a waste of money for only a few months, but I will keep the now expensive remote.

I needed a tripod for my business. For the price you are paying this product works fine. It comes with a blue tooth device which helps for taking pictures and videos from a distance. I am giving this product review 4/5 due to my first one breaking on me.

It’s been great since purchasing it perfect for holding my phone to record things. Only gripe I have with it is it’s not the steadiest at the maximum length but that is expected with taller objects in general so I’ll look past it for now. I haven’t used the Bluetooth features yet but I’m sure they’re helpful. Overall satisfied with the purchase

it works, does what it's suppossed to. I use it for a webcam for when I'm streaming on twitch. You can also use it as a selfie stick because it has a phone mount, and the blutetooth shutter switch works very well, it's easy to use.

Decent tripod. I's solid when its collapsed. Not so much when its fully extended. The clicker is a little frustrating, but I wouldn't use it even if it was perfect.

The versatility is the best deal for this product. However, it doesn't work well as a selfie-stick because the top doesn't bend enough. The shutting button is sensitive and it's difficult to work at times. The remote control function is nice, but one needs to be at a certain range to make it work properly. The tripod is great; it adds a little more functionality and it can give an extra option for photos of oneself, nature or difficult shots.

This stand is sturdy and sets up with ease. The only problem I have with it is not holding up some levels under the weight of my webcam (which is pretty heavy though). Overall though I am not at all disappointed with my purchase

For the price, this item adequately serves the purpose as advertised and expected. A less expensive model that I tried first (from another store) essentially fell apart upon attempting to use it. My application doesn't require a pricier piece of equipment.

It’s okay. Wobbly and takes time to balance it if using for webcam. The middle shaft touches the surface before the tri legs touches the surface. Sorry feedback is not letting me add a picture. Maybe Best Buy can improve this survey UI

Very easy to use. We took it on our cruise and it was wonderful. The best I Phone holder to take our pictures with. You can’t go wrong on purchasing one of these phone holders to take your own pictures with. Fits real easy in my suitcase for travel on the airplane. Don’t wait go get yours today.

It stand up. I didn't get a chance to really use it as it didn't function the way I expected. The clicker cannot work independently of the tripod and I didn't want to carry around the tripod with me.

I was recommended to take some pictures of mice by my professor, possibly for recording changes in the body line of mice by giving high-fat diet. The problem, however, is that it would be a tough job to do that without doing harm to the animal. To acquire a good still cut from my mobile phone, I was obliged to take a motion picture with the phone fixed. That's why I purchased this tripod.
Also, using a mobile device in the animal lab includes a concern of cross-contamination. Thus, I have been using a separate keyboard and an S pen to avoid that issue.
Using this tripod, not just was I able to take a picture with high stability, but also able to do that without touching my Samsung with contaminated fingers. The only thing I touch to take a picture is the remote shutter of this tripod.
