I'm fairly new to using filters, and this one worked out perfectly for me. (see photo attached) If you're new to dSLR and filters, this one is a good filter to start with!

    good for the price

I bought this mainly because of the cost and in this case you really get what you pay for. The side is real slick and makes it difficult to remove from your lens at times. But the main problem...after less than a month of use the polarizing film is starting to bubble and peel away from the edges. So would I recommend this to a friend? Only if you're in pinch. I'll go with a B+W or maybe a Cokin next time.

Great beginning filter, especially for the price

This is a great beginning filter for someone just stepping into the SLR pool. There is no index mark whatsoever on the filter, but what I ended up doing with mine was toy with it enough to get an idea of it, marked it and glued a small crystal on the mark. I've had my filter for about 15 months and I haven't had any problems like the film peeling off or bubbling. It's definitely worth the $20 and is far better than nothing when it comes to shooting outside.

I like the filter, next time i will buy another brand. This filter can help improve pictures with sky and water, but I don't see it lasting more then 1 year. Make sure to have something to clean it with also because it was packaged with dust or something.

If you're a new photographer like me who uses a digital slr. I recommend you invest for a polarizer filter. taking pictures without a polarizer will turn out fine, but with a polarizer your picture will turn out great!

This product from SunPack is Junk. It will not stay on my lens and lost it within a few hours of use, because it would not stay on. I will not buy anything from SunPack again.
