This product surprised me how durable and the overall Quality for the low cost. I have used similar products that cost 2 times more than I paid for this product. I am very pleased with my decision to purchase.

This is being used by my kids for video making. It so far is holding up well to their 12-year-old ways. Not a huge fan of how thin the bottom legs are, it feels like they may break at any time. But so far it has proven me wrong.

I wish I had this tripod back when I used to take a lot of stills and videos of some of the local bands I used to work with instead of the old tripod I had at the time. Very lightweight and fluid movement when shooting videos, especially when following band members around the stage.

This item is much higher quality than I'd expect from a 30.00 camera tripod. I only use it to mount a gopro, but it's fairly compact with retractable legs. Has 3 legs and 2 extend manually, with completely adjustable head that pivots in all directions. If all you need is something to hold a camera, then don't pay more than 30.00 as this tripod does very well if you are a beginner like myself.

The tripod is sturdy for medium sized cameras. Feels solid. The downside is it takes forever to get the exact angle. Not a huge problem if your zoomed other, but when you use a super zoom, have to wait and adjust more than couple times to get the object in the center.

I returned the cheaper tripod I got from WalMart and purchased this one, hoping it would hold my camera. I wasn't sure if it would hold my full-size Nikon D3400 DSLR given that it was described as a "compact" camera tripod, but it did, with no issue. I've since used the tripod at White Sands in New Mexico, and the Grand Canyon. Very pleased :)

This tripod gets the job done. Hate the little clip that holds my phone, since it sometimes pop my phone out of place, but it’s much better quality than the previous tripod the had. They made improvements with this one.

Purchased this tri-pod in a bundle with my video camera and hoped it would be simple to use. Super easy! Extend the legs, lock in place, snap the camera on and your in business. Has a couple nice features too. Such as; a bubble level so you know your on level ground, hand crank to extend the height and leg locks to keep your camera secure. Not to mention extremely light weight and folds up nice and compact.

I have not used this product yet, but i plan on really soon due to the fact that i am teaching myself the complete art of photography. I take great pictures (if i do say so myself) but i want to be the best and have the best advantage and i thought that a camera tripod was a logical thing to purchase.

I purchased this tripod to use with my new binoculars. I had just bought a tripod somewhere else, but it was so flimsy - especially the top - so it was returned. The Sunpak tripod is perfect for my use, is well made, has a nice cary feature, and will adapt well for either camera or binoculars.
