    It does not stay in place well on my desktop. It is flexible and might work better outside, but that isn't why I bought it.

    Not really a good fit for dlr but works good for smaller cameras. Make sure feet are flat when using or out slides

    I use this as a short free-standing tripod and it does the job well. If I needd to lower it, I can easily bend the legs, as needed.

    Overall, I am happy with this purchase. Can be a little hard to manipulate, due to it's smaller size. Took a few tries to get my camera to attach correctly/securely.
