very cheap and poorly designed

And does not hold the camera (if it has weight) in any position. Okay if you are using a cheap camera with no weight to it.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Opened up bag that contained the tripod to remove the pod for the first time and had a part drop to the floor which turned out to be one of the pins for the hinges. I thought maybe I bought a defective one or one that someone already returned but looking at the hinges they did not seem too durable and look like they would be easily broken in a matter of time.
