Easy to setup and works great. Provided you have to direct the remote beam to your phone for a better connectivity. Four stars is for the price and quality. Otherwise works great! Thank you so much!

I had to buy this in a pinch and got what I paid for. It works fine, but it is more on the flimsy side and unless you seat your phone just right and become wiggly on the tripod. Overall it's fine for 15 bucks.

It grips my Note 9 with a pop-up socket. I was worried that it would not hold my phone since the pop-up socket is centered on the back of my phone. But, it's working wonderful.

I have used it pretty often just to test it before my trip. I noticed that at about 20 feet, it gets hard to get it to work. I don't know if it it because 20 feet is the actual max distance rather than 30.

We use this smart phone mount when we record our church services. I have never used the remote. But it works great as a mount.

I got a second tripod and needed to use it for my phone, worked exactly as I needed. Especially like to He remote button, great for taking family group pictures, don’t have to run to get in the picture now.
