Easy to set up, but a little unstable. Was also missing a part (a screw for the mic mount) but was still able to get it mounted securely. The microphone actually works very well! The carrying case also stores everything nicely.

I use this lighting system to film small segments of my kids tv program for YouTube called Spontaneous Creations. this light system provides enough light to make everything I need visible. Love it I might buy another!

Works well using inside for making videos. The light ring has a good range and the microphone picks up more than my phone alone would pick up.

It is much less than what I expected for the price it does not have much support on the legs, it does not work if you place a heavy camera, the microphone really good!

The only issue that I had was that there was a rubber piece attached to the microphone that was broken when we opened the box. Best Buy was fantastic and exchanged it for a brand new one! My kid absolutely loves this and makes TikToks all the time!!!

Love this! I am a freelance MUA and needed something light and travel friendly and it definitely is. I love the tone shift, I love the accessories. It’s worth every penny! I had one from Amazon and it was bulky and cheaply made. This has stepped up my game.

This makes the pictures come out so much better than just your arm.

Setting up our Sunpak Ultimate Vlogging Kit, but we are unable to attach the microphone because the two parts that need to be connected are both female connectors.

I just bought this for Christmas for my wife and she just opened the package to find out there is mold all on the the package and we haven’t even had it for 48 hours. And we have a new puppy that’s literally less then 8 weeks old. Never expected this to happen on Christmas morning.

Only giving one star because I have to give something mine came broken I can not attach the part to hold my phone. Just a waste of my money

I am not a “vlogger” and never thought I would have any use for this however due to the coronavirus pandemic and restrictions on everything I was proven wrong!!! Let me start off with saying if you’re going to buy one GO TO BESTBUY and get it so you know everything is in the box and you won’t get scammed! I have some many meetings and doctors appointments that are now virtual and trying to hold a phone and get the correct lighting is irritating! I have multiple sclerosis and I take medication by injections 3 times a week. I have a home health care nurse that checks my injection sites to make sure that everything is ok and that is hard trying to hold a phone or use my computer and be in the right lighting to show. This ring stand works beautifully and the Bestbuy staff made it so easy with shopping online and being able to stay in my truck and bring it out curbside! THIS STAND HAS Bright lighting, it can dim, has 3 phone stands, and a microphone! Plus there’s travel bags for everything if you need to travel with it.

This is a fantastic set, easy to use and relatively easy to transport. The light works great, and I love the addition of the remote control, which makes video recording so much easier. Mount your phone in different ways, or use several different phones. The only problem I have is with the enclosed mic. Unfortunately I can't get it to work with my phone no matter how hard I try, so that was a disappointment because audio is so important. The other flaw is that the light and all of the fixtures fit into the enclosed carrying bag but there is no carrying bag for the tripod, which would be super helpful.

Why I purchased: I purchased this at the begining of the pandemic to start doing virtual presentations. Installation: It was easy to install, it comes pretty much assembled right out of the box. Using the "bar" that comes with it, to hang extra cameras or lights, is not to challenging once you figure out that you either need to commit to having on and not using it or make the adjustment of attaching it when needed. Highlights: The light is great! You can adjust the temp and the brightness. does a decent job casting a bright enough light to not have too much of a shadow in my shots. I have used it for 15 mins or 6 hrs with no issues. Mic is great supersensitive, caught every breath it took!! Came with all the connections and adaptors to adjust to a windows, mac, or a camera. Opportunities: after about 8 months of off and on use, it's not as sturdy as is was out the box, which wasn't very sturdy to begin with. This is not intended for heavy duty use. if you have to take it down and put it back up often, it will wear down faster than if you set it and let it, Adding an Ipad or something heavy as an extra camera is not a good idea, it will tilt and fall.....luckily I caught it! Overall: I would recommend as an entry level product that will get you from out of the box to creating content in 15 to 20 minutes. Good value for the mic and adjustable light, but it won't be your last piece of equipment either. Good luck and go to work!!

Good video lighting without breaking the bank. This was a great buy for a beginning vlogger on a budget. 14" bi-color ring light. Included is a Boya Microphone and Carrying case for taking the light with you which is lightly padded. Note: this is an indoor use light as it is powered by AC. An accessories storage pouch is also included for the microphone. The light stand its self was easy to setup, but the attachments for the camera and microphone-- not so easy. The directions were not very straight forward (maybe it was just me). I love that the stand adjust to up to 70" and holds up to three smartphones (but who uses three smart phone? Not this beginning vlogger lol). I have so much to learn, but I'm extremely happy with my purchase and have zero regrets.

Needed a replacement ring light that didn't take up a lot of space. I was really surprised on how good the microphone picked up my voice. Definitely an improvement from my phone microphone. Overall if you need a good sturdy ring light that is compact this will work for you.

First time I’ve bought ring light..... easy to put together, easily adjustable..... light has a big range of tone and brightness. You can mount your camera right to it, feels a little flimsy though
