Another Spielberg produced/JJ Abrams masterpiece! Pretty good 4K transfer, especially with a OLED 4K Tv. I recommend the LG G1 model and worth the money if you claim to be a next gen movie buff! All this is missing is Dolby Atmos!

I've had this on blu ray since the day it was released. Comparing the 2, the 4k version with Dolby Vision comes out on top with better highlights and color. As for the story, It's good.

This movie is a ton of fun that will make you nostalgic for 80s splendor. Top marks to JJ Abrams for this one. The disc looks and sounds fantastic. Nice extras too!

This remastering of the original movie is awesome! The dolby atmos sound track immerses you in sound that adds a additional dimension to the already great story. If you like the movie this is a great addition to your collection

When I first saw this movie my first thought was this is an updated and better version of ET. Then you think about the characters and realize it is part Goonies and part ET. This movie is incredible. Not intended for young children though. Hand full of scary parts. Excellent cinematography. Felt like I was watching a movie made in the 80s.

I love this movie. It has all the points to make everyone happy. The 4K and HDR made this worthwhile. The Steelbook is gorgeous. My only knock is, for the price there should have been a disc of extras or a booklet of some sort. Come on it’s the 10th Anniversary!

If you want action and great special effects, and very talented actors, this is a movie you have to buy. Plus the great Stephen Spielberg directed this movies you know is great summer movie with a great story line and heart.

This is one of my favorite films. Now on 4K UHD Blu-Ray disk made it every so much better and enjoyable to watch. With 4K HDR colors and Dolby sound, it now is the best way to watch this movie. I highly recommend it.

Somewhat of a modern classic with a great 4k transfer. The Dolby vision is excellent and blacks can get extremely only at times. The audio has a scene that can literally knock pictures off of your walls!!!

A superbly crafted sci-fi film for the whole family. J,J, Abrams channels some classic Spielberg vibes in this 80's throwback filled with dazzling visual effects and a cast of kids that totally steal the show.

Super 8 is a great fun movie! This movie is about a group of friends want to do this small movie with an 8 millimeter camera and things get out of hand when they witness a train accident. This movie has a mixture of E.T. and Goonies all into one. Definitely worth an add to anyone’s movie collection.

a new goonies for this generation, film is good but very enjoyable. Sound and picture are amazing, especially that train scene, a must get.

Gave me a reason to see this again but so much better on 4K! Forgot just how good this movie actually is transporting you back to junior high when everything was an adventure and seemed possible.

First off, I thoroughly enjoyed this movie and decided to "upgrade" to the 4K version. This review is based solely on the "upgrade" from Blu-ray and not the movie content. While this new 4K version is visually and audibly stunning, so was the original Blu-ray version. The contrast and colors appear slightly better then the previous version. I was disappointed that the 4K version did not include an ATMOS audio version, but that's not to say that the TrueHD 7.1 version is bad. It's basically the same awesome audio that was included on the original Blu-ray disk. The special features included are not that special. In conclusion, it's up to the individual to decide whether or not this "upgrade" is worth the price of admission if they already own the Blu-ray version.

I love this movie and am happy to have the 4K UHD with HDR upgrade. Full stop. BUT, I can’t imagine why they wouldn’t include the Blu-ray and a full ATMOS soundtrack in this 10th anniversary edition. That said, I still really enjoyed this better version. Worth the upgrade.

Love the 80’s vibe in this movie and has the feel of stranger things but still different in its own way. You won’t be pausing this movie cause it’s full of suspense!!!

Fun movie a nice homage to Spielberg and the 80s and this movie looks great. The 35mm transfer looks great especially in Dolby vision highly recommended

Super 8, J.J. Abrams ode to Spielberg, roars onto UHD with flawless audio and visual clarity. Wow. It's a treat. And the steelbook was a nice addition to my collection as well.

Great Movie, My Kids Especially Like The Train Crash Scene When It's Played Through The Home Theater System, It Sounds Like Your Right There Watching The Wreak In Person.
