I've been a Street Fighter fan since Street Fighter 2 on Super Nintendo. Capcom has made an excellent game with this one!! I wasn't a fan of the original Street Fighter 4 but this one is a vast improvement over that one. For the price, you can't go wrong!! Buy it now!!

I purchased the original Street Fighter IV and enjoyed it very much. It is a spectacular entry into the series and is great fun. The finishers are extremely satisfying and the new characters and bonus stages are well worth rebuying the game. Haven't had a chance to try the upgraded online play, but I hear great things. The load screens are a little quicker but still too long for my taste, but that is a minor complaint. Do yourself a favor and buy this game if you are a fan of the series or fighting games.

Super Street Fighter 4 is hands down the best in the franchise's history. They actually made it feel like a whole new game, instead of just Street Fighter 4 with extra's. For just fourty bucks, you get 10 additional characters, with 2 brand new ones, and 8 more from SF's past games, Street Fighter Alpha, and Street Fighter 3. Thats excellent, since some of my favorates are in here, like Adon, Guy, and Makoto. I've also grown to like Juri, the new and powerful sadistic female character. Anyways, the gameplay and graphics haven't changed much from the first one, but you can now choose alternative costumes for all the characters, and you now have a choice out of two super art moves for all the characters, like Street Fighter 3 Third Strike. Also new are those bonus games like smashing a car or some barrells from SF II. Also, the online mode has been completley redone. This time around there is a whole lot to choose from like team battle, endless battle, and of course ranked or unranked matches. All of these are very fun to play by the way. Overall, Super Street Fighter 4 is game every fight fan should own, and for fourty bucks?! why wouldn't you wanna buy this awsome game for such a low price?! 5/5.

Street Fighter IV was the best Street Fighter yet, and this game makes it even better! The look, feel and gameplay is much the same as SF IV, but with a number of improvements. For one, each character now has 2 Ultra Combos, which adds more flexibility to the game (I really like Chun-Li's 'Kikosho', much easier to execute than her other Ultra). The bonus stages are back, you can crush a car and bust barrels. The best improvement for me is the expanded cast. Charatcers from the Street Fighter Alpha series return for more action and some of the cooler characters from SF III get into the action too. I liked some of the characters from SF III but was never able to get into the game itself, so it's great to see these characters in such an outstanding game. There are also two new characters, I'm not too fond of Juri, but Hakan is a great character. His style is unique and lots of fun to watch. The only thing I would have added is Karin Kanzuki from SF Alpha or some of the SF EX characters. The controls work great and the difficulty is adjustable so players at any level can enjoy Super Street Fighter IV. The only down-side is the English language version. The original Japanese cast feautres some top-flight voice cast from anime, the English dub cast just does not measure up. It's great that you can choose the original Japanese dialogue, no one is forcing you to play this game with the English voices. Super Street Fighter IV is more of what made Street Fighter IV such a great game. Superb graphics, fast-paced action and brilliant gameplay. This is worth the price even is you do have Street Fighter IV. If you don't already have Street Fighter IV, this is the one to get!

I am playing SFIV from about 1 year ago and my first question with this one is that it worth the Price. I finally bought it a week ago and definitely worth the change. GENERAL Graphics and scenarios are good, and sound rocks in a 5.1. The game is extremely well balanced; you can see it right after starting playing. No overpowered characters and similar chances of winning just depending upon how good you are. On the other hand, controls are quite difficult to execute in a regular PS3 control. Better to buy the arcade stick, but you have to spend the 150+ bucks. I did not do it and I finally got good with the regular one, but still suffering when trying to learn new characters. Online gaming is addicting once you get the point. I can spend hours playing online. Also you can play as less as 15 min, so I use this game as a stress-release. Some friends didnt like the cartoon-kind-of-graphics. Not a problem for me. My oppinion: one of my favorites games!!! If you liked previous SFs this is the one for you. COMPARED WITH SFIV Ultra well balanced. You can note this just by noting that there is no more cheap movements. In SFIV you could see many gamers that just do a couple of cheap movements to win a battle (is mythical the hard kick from Sagat, e.g.), now that possibility is gone if you know how to play. New ultras and some polishing in movements makes all characters improved. All characters are unlocked now; you have a lot of characters to chose and 8 new ones that are a mass. I did not get that advantage over the previous version due to I did not like all characters, so a lot of them remains unlocked. Improved on line playing allows you to fight any character in the world with a minimal lag the worst. A huge improvement compared with the old SFIV. Also new modes for online gaming are a huge improvement. You can also see other matches in your own screen. Repetitions are much easier to look up and faster too. The only bad thing I see is that the old championship mode is gone, but the new system combines both championship and one-to-one gaming in a new and effective mix. Buy this one and you never will go back to the previous version. OVERAL An excellent fighter. If you like fighting games definitely this is one you have to own. You wont regret it. On the other hand, if you did not liked SFIV you wont like this one, it is pretty much the same even when I see huge improvements. And if you have the old SFIV I recommend you to spend the 40+ bucks. I did it and don’t regret it at all!!!

Super Street Fighter IV is the culmination of all the best ingredients of every past Street Fighter game. You get the best characters from different generations, some of which have never been pit together before. Along with the most even battleground ever, thanks to the fine-tuning the gameplay has received. If you've ever been curious, or are a fan of Street Fighter, this is the title to get. For $40 nothing should be holding people from trying it out. If they put in a little effort to get some of the basics down, they won't be disappointed.

I've been a fan of the SF series since day one and SSFIV is fantastic it is the best fighting came to come out on the current gen systems by far. Great graphics a nice mix of characters from previous SFs and they even brought back the bonus stages. Online mode is great as well minus the rage quitters lol. I'm looking forward to tournament mode arriving in June. You can't beat the price especially in this gen where games cost $60 and up. If you're looking for a fighting game that's easy to play yet hard to master this is for you.

It's time 2 get your hadoken on once again, but this time it's with a little added flair. I picked up SSF4 on Fri..yeah i got another one early...lol, and it is absolutely bananas. SSF4 is packed with new content. 8 new characters (all available from jump street), new online modes, and the classic wreck the car and break the barrels bonus stages...THROWBACK...lol. The balance between the fighters has seemed to be fixed as well so some of the stronger players have been toned down a bit and vice versa. The addition of another 1 new ultra combo for every character is nice 2, so you can pick 1 that fits your fighting style. Bottom line...if you own the old version of this game, dump it and pick up a copy of SSF4...ASAP. HADOKEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At this point SF4 is not new to anyone, but if you're reading this review, you either A: didn't buy that version, or B: are curious what they added to SUPER. Either way here goes... This version adds about 10 new characters. This adds much more variety to the roster, however if you plan to play online, still expect to face Ryu hundreds of times. There is an improved online match-making mode which makes finding games a lot smoother and keeping up with rankings a lot more detailed. Also, every character is now given their own background themes from the previous games. Anyone who remembers those classic soundtracks from the Alpha series and SF2 will feel chills hearing that classic old school music remixed here. The replay value in this game comes from its online mode, which offers hours of endless entertainment. Fighting people from all over the world never gets old. No quarters required. Just make sure you have a smooth high-speed internet connection. To sum it all up, if you haven't taken the plunge yet, now is the time to do so. If you are completely brand new to the series, the learning curve may be steep as this is an easy to pick up hard to master kind of game and the competition can be ruthless.

I love street fighter and Super Street Fighter Four is no exception. The graphics and game play r awsome!!

Super Street Fighter 4 (SSF4) is exactly as the name implies; a superior version of SF4. The game plays the same as SF4, but the added features improve the experince. Not only have the character stats been balanced for this version, but each character has a new story in the arcade mode as well. There are so many options availible, I don't see how anyone could not like this game short of not liking the fighting genre as a whole.

For those unfamiliar with the series, consider this game an "expansion" of 2009's console release of Street Fighter IV. This new version has 10 additional characters, new Ultra Combos for all characters, new challenges (Car Smash and Barrel Breaker), and new online modes, such as Team Battle and Endless Battle. If you're a fighting game afficionado, chances are you've already picked up this excellent title, and if not, you're missing out. If you're new to the genre, however, this is one of those games that is "easy to learn, difficult to master". Even if you learn how to perform all the special, "Super", and "Ultra" moves, there's still a lot of intricasies to the game that seperate beginners from experts, and online play will be a source of little enjoyment if you aren't prepared to either learn the game's ins-and-outs or take your lumps. Overall, this is an excellent fighting game at an excellent price, and it has my highest recommendation.

It's an improvement of Street fighter IV , characters are rebalanced and there are 1o more of them. I recommend getting this game if you never bought the original simply because it is a good game with tight controls. For those of you who did get it the online options are improved and i'm sure most of the players will move over to the new game.

when 1st got look at had give it shoot its very very awful a focus attack it sucks bad couldn't go threw the if I under presser all I do is just try to defeat my opponent seth well I give them credit on final boss online is joke get murder on sometime I run in opponent that just inassualt me after message me saying negative way lucky I go online trueachievements work on gamer score & trophies I don't like this game & will not support Street fighter V or any other SF related only this time they have nerve to just add most character that would have been SFIV so Capcom pulled how do I put it oh yeah a P!(K move only this time there achievement & trophies that requires u to get C or C+ on every one stander fighters before the DLC kicked in

anyways the overall game rating is more than good and i truly understand that an add-on cant be more than a couple of hundred mbs so thats why they release this new one, i've been trying it on a friend's and it looks a little bit better than the previus, with more scenarios, dee jay rocks, new movements are fair enough and the trials are much of a fun, so i think im getting this one tomorrow and for sure i could add more details when i get it; anyways i dont i gonna be dissapointed

street fighter 4 is the best game i got it from best buy it is classic 2d game graphics is crazy i got it on ps 3
