After many disasters buying collectible figures online I read the following and hoped that Best Buy actually understood condition of product is key. "While many still think action figures are primarily the domain of kids, the times have changed. Adults are also fond of collecting and displaying action figures and other licensed collectibles. Serious action figure aficionados even keep them in protective cases, so they maintain and even appreciate in value. Whether you’re shopping specifically for action figures for your child, or for action figures that will be collected and displayed, consider Best Buy." What I received shocked me. Label stuck to front of the item. Hanger tag showing damage. Multiple heavy creases to the backing card and crushed bubble. Online CS was very helpful stating I could return the item to my nearest Best Buy for full refund but not worth the time and money to drive the 2 hours to get there.

Cons: ReAction figures are very inarticulate when compared to their contemporaries, and they're generally way overpriced for what they are until they get put on clearance. They don't do a very good job on facial likeness, either. Pros: After 30-something years, I finally have a Dr. Crusher figure to treat my 1980s ST:TNG Galoob figures.

Bought this for a white elephant gift. The person who received it absolutely loved it. It has the 5 areas of articulation like older action figures in the past.
