I like the fact that WB is releasing these steelbook with some fantastic artwork. I just hope that they continue to do this moving forward

For me, the second season of Supergirl was a bit uneven, but really picked up in the 2nd half of the season. The 1st half seemed to be turning into "millennial high school". Just as my interest started to fade, then in comes Teri Hatcher and Hercules himself -- Kevin Sorbo. It was nostalgic and fun to see these actors in new roles back on television. I also enjoy when Supergirl and the Flash get together and interact, such as in the crossover episodes. Typically, I wait until "black Friday" to purchase the dvd version of TV series at a "realistic" price. But then Best Buy had to offer the Blu-ray with special Steelbook packaging. Although the cost was high, I decided to splurge and buy it based on the picture/image online for this item. The actual product did not disappoint. The artwork is very nice and high quality. Also inside - no overlapping discs! Finally multi-disc packaging where you can take out one disc/any disc without having to remove another one first (and then figure out what to do with it). I don't know if this special steelbook will justify the price for everyone (especially the typical binge watcher), but if you want to splurge and like to collect these, it is a well executed design and artwork for this steelbook.

I love Melissa Benoit who plays SUPERGIRL, add in the addition of TYLER HOECHLIN formerly of TEEN WOLF as Derrick, now playing SUPERMAN, CHRIS WOODS formerly KAI on THE VAMPIRE DIARIES as MON-EL, Teri Hatcher as evil INTERGALACTIC QUEEN, KATIE MCGRATH formerly LADY MORGANA on MERLIN as LENA LUTHOR, the shows has several cross over events with THE FLASH, leaves you begging for more, and in the first SUPERGIRL steelbook only available @ BEST BUY you cannot beat it!!!! GET YOURS NOW!!!!!

I was immediately drawn to the artwork on this steel book which seems to help bridge the gap between DC comics and the DC television universe. This second season of Supergirl worked better for me than season one because it was more in line with the tone of The Flash and Legends of Tomorrow.

The first two seasons of Supergirl are worth the watch.

The second season is arguably not as good as the first season. I guess the script writers run out of ideas so many episodes are kind of strange. I hope it will not repeat what happened to the Wonder Woman TV series before, where the 3rd season was so bad.

I missed when this first came out to pick up the steelbook edition. So when I was walking in and passed this by, it caught me off guard. I already own it, but now I have the steelbook version.

I love the characters in Supergirl but I am not crazy about the preachy liberal aspects of it. Overall still a decent show but Parents should watch it before letting their kids watch it because of the adult innuendos within it.

I think Supergirl is just ok but wow the steelbook looked so cool that I had to have it and didn't want to wait until Black Friday to get the regular edition for 1/4th the price. Steelbook worth every penny

I'm a fan of all the superhero shows/ This one is pretty well done, as they ramp up the character development each year. Only wish they had got Tom Welling(Smallville's Superman) to be Superman instead

Light hearted, fun cast yet plenty of action. A definite improvement over season 1. They brought in Superman for a few episodes. And got rid of the disastrous relationship between Kara and James Olsen.

Nice Steelbook packaging compliments the 2nd season on Blu-ray ! Throw in the digital copy and this is a must have for fans of the series.

If you're like me it's hard to pass up another great addition to a steelbook collection. Also, a pretty good show! Would recommend.

The Steelbook with Blu-ray dics is a great addition to my collection of the "Super - girl, - man, & - boy" tv series and movies.

I love that they're releasing the seasons in steelbooks now. I really hope to see future releases continue this.

I have been very happy with how the show has gone since it was switch to the CW, and look forward to next season, and love the Steelbook from Best Buy.

The quality great, the steelbook awesome. Totally engulfed in the entire season,kept me on the edge of my seat.

I don't normally buy TV steelbooks but this was too beautiful to pass up. Shipped in great condition

This season was even better than the first one, with Superman's appearance being a big part of that.
