I bought Superman: Doomsday / Death of Superman for my nephew's 2019 Christmas present. He loved the story and liked the movie, so it's a win! The hardcover means repeated readings without pages falling out, plus he thinks it looks great on his dresser. Good gift! What stops it from being great? The discs are kept in surface scratchy book sleeves instead of elevated cores like you usually get with disc cases. Yes, I sprung for a double disc BluRay case when I found out.

The story is a classic that I was thrilled to have again. The bundle is great, you get a nice quality hardcover copy of the book, a code for a digital copy on DC's comic store, two discs for the movie and extras, plus a Vudu/Movies Anywhere code for the movie. A+

While I don't go out of my way to buy graphic novels nor do I buy the Blu-ray/DVD movies of this type, this was on sale for less than USD10 and I bought it without even looking what was inside. It made me think of the Blu-ray movies that comes with hard cover book. They're not too many of those – I'm not talking about a little booklet inside the Blu-ray case – but am talking about an actual hardcover book (the last one was A Star is Born with Barbra Streisand) – pages and pages of stuff about movies with a Blu-ray disk. The whole thing looks very good on my shelf. This one would be the additional to my extensive Blu-ray collection. Thank you Best Buy for pricing it so nicely that I will probably get others, too.

So this was a steal of a deal at $10 with a free month trial of DC Universe. The trade paper back collected a classic series and the included DVD/Bluray set comes with a digital copy (there's a digital copy of the graphic novel too). The Death of Superman released this year was a superior film and fleshes out some of what's presented in this animated movie but this one is still far superior to BvS in my opinion (even though Batfleck is still the bomb). Well worth the money for the set though as it includes all the aforementioned.

Great film and the packaging and story is fully detailed.

This was a steal of a value. The graphic novel alone would retail for more than the purchase price. The blu-Ray adaptation is just gravy for the deal.

This is a great graphic novel and movie even though I like the new death of Superman movie that came out 2019 ..this one is still watchable.

These movies about the death of the Man of Steel are a must-see for all Superman fans. I am glued to my seat as the tragic end of the Man of Steel unfolds before my very eyes. To witness something that's unfathomable is quite an experience.

The price for this sets of graphic novels was just unbeatable! Not a comic book guy, but the fact that it was very cheap and that it included the movie, I just couldn't let that opportunity go! Totally worth it!

I've been trying to get into reading more comics and I also collect films. This was a great way to get a movie and a really nice comic book. The hard-cover is really nice, the movies look great, A+

As a kid I saw this comic in the public library and loved it. Ive been wanting to get this for a long time and saw this super nice edition and couldn’t pass it up. Great quality!

Be aware that the movie version is different from the story told in multiple issues in the comics. The comic story is an epic of the Superman saga and, for those of us who remember when the final comic went on sale, it was a big deal. The movie takes some liberties with the original story, but it has to in order to present a complete story in the time allowed. Much of this is explained in the Special Features. The movie has a more adult feel to it than the Animated Series that was broadcast on TV. Both versions--the comic and the movie--are recommended for Superman and super-hero fans.

For 9.99, you get the awesome comic graphic novel, the movie and the digital code! Not a big fan of superman, but I hope this changes my view!

A classic Superman story with both video and graphic novels along with digital versions of both. Thoroughly enjoyed both, especially getting this when on sale.

This is one of my favorite comic story lines. Got the graphic novel and Blu-ray combo on sale for < $20!
