My husband and I ordered 2 of these because the website and the person I spoke to on the phone said they could be returned in store. After getting them and discovering the description was slightly misleading, we packaged them back up and returned them to the store to be told they couldn't be returned to the store. To save you the agony of the story, the company was a nightmare to work with, they were a horrible pain to return and weeks later we still dont have our money back. Do not recommend this item and do not recommend Best Buy.
