It works as advertised. It's a really simple setup and solves bad cell phone reception. I would recommend this product. And, compared to other similar products, the price point is reasonable. For a 5 stars rating, this is what I would like to see: 1) the apparatus looks okay, but the wire is intrusive; I wish this was wireless. I would easily pay double for a wireless version 2) a smaller dish (or no dish, I know that's wishful thinking) 3) the reception can be fickle depending on the positioning of the indoor antenna in relation to where you/your phone are

I live in a mobile home in a rural area. I either had to lean toward a window or go outside to talk on my cellphone. I had to move this unit a couple of times until I found the best place. I does boost my signal from zero bars before to two or three now. I don't have to go outside anymore to make a call.

    Worked for us

Surprisingly, the booster did very well in our situation. Was hesitant b/c someone told me in a local store they don’t even stock these bc they usually don’t work, but in our case it did. Was easy to hook up aside from the unsightly cord exposed in my daughters apt. She does not have WiFi and had dead spots all over because of the older building she lives in. The “disk” went upstairs in her bedroom and the antenna in her kitchen downstairs with the 50 ft cord reaching from A to B. As soon as we plugged it in, she had service in the dead spots. The disk is flashing yellow so she is getting more signal that what she needs, but we can’t really separate the distance between the two any farther. Overall, very pleased it fixed her situation! The only problem in setup was it has a stand if you want to set it on the floor or table (instead of sticking to the window) but we couldn’t get the base/stand to snap in well.

Easy to install, powerful enough so my phone works! I also have tried another yagi outside antenna, it works for everything except getting & making calls (diff brand). I do not use both together. The distance between antenna & receiver is important, 35 feet is recommended also a few walls in between. Or upstairs to downstairs. Mine are 35 feet apart, 4 walls in between. Works great!

This item was not really worth the amount we paid for it. It says that it is designed for inside use without the need for outdoor antenna however it does not work that well. We still get very little coverage. Although the set up was extremely easy I wished the signal would have been there as well.

      Hello Cfeltstaylor,

Move the inside antenna further away from the EZ-4G window unit. Customer Experience is good if: a) inside antenna is >30ft from window unit and b) you have signal where you place the window unit.

After reading many mixed reviews on all sorts of these devices, I decided against my better judgement to give it a try. While it gives me a bar or two more and occasionally makes the voice calls clearer, it is still quite a disappointment. Still drop calls and the data is intermittent.

I had my doubts when we bought this. We just got a metal roof and my phone signal went bad. I kept loosing calls so after researching we decided to buy this on and it has worked great. We’ve had it for a month or so and I haven’t lost any calls. I highly recommend this product.

After extensive research I decided on this SureCell Model. It is a lifesaver. Since the “ Stay At Home Order” I think my signal would have been much slower. I purchased this model as it doesn’t require an outdoor antenna so I didn’t have to register it with the FCC.

Claims it works with ANY carrier, and easy to use. BS!! The “dish” is HUGE! I followed the directions to the letter! Put it against a window with the best reception (unfortunately, we have lousy reception everywhere in our house!) Then I ran the coaxial cable 30’ from the dish and hooked it up the small “tower”. It would give us 2 bars every now & then, but dropped every call, every time. Took it back after 2 weeks & got our money back. I told the girl at Best Buy we might try the more expensive one next time. She said she just had a guy return a $500 unit for the same reason. Useless!!

This was useless for me. I don't know if the signal is too weak to begin with or if the item is just junk. Maybe for someone with stronger signal to begin with, it would work.
