Our rural home is miles from the nearest cell tower, and our outside signal is marginal to begin with. In addition, our house is concrete and foam construction, which weakens the signal further.
The Flare with the Omni antenna was very easy to set up and test run. There is a real difference in using a phone as a hotspot for live online Zoom classes. We can also talk on our cellphones without dropping calls!
For a family that is not tech savvy, this has been a lifesaver for our college student, and a nice upgrade for the rest of us!

Idk if this thing works but I couldn’t get it to. It may have been bc my device is not compatible too. I have a T-mobile hotspot but I’m in a rural area without good reception. Verizon is pretty much the only provider that works here.
I’m not tech savvy either so I don’t want to ruin the rating averages but I just thought I’d let others know that I couldn’t get it to increase cellular coverage for t-mobile in rural Nebraska, for what it’s worth

We could not get any reception in our shop with the doors closed. Works great in our 30x40 metal shop.

Low LTE speeds. Switches continually between bands 25 and 26. Dissapointed, and on top of it. I received a warning for returning it to the store! Very upset with Best Buy customer service.

We have always had poor cell signals form ALL carriers. We had to go out on the porch to TRY to carry on a phone conversation. Now we can sit in the living room! This booster also improved signal stability to our AT&T mobile broadband device for internet access through a CradlePoint router.

This is a great device to increase your 4g service for your cell phone. Now have more bars for service when calling. I now receive calls in my building which I wasn't receiving prior to having this device. Works great.

We looked at several boosters as we have a metal house and metal roof. This boosted the signal so we can make calls and do internet inside now. That's a real advantage when it's cold outside.

Brought it to increase cell signal. It increased cell signal from two bars to three. Make sure to read the instruction about the distance between the antenna and booster.

Easy to set up but doesn't work. Receiver 40+ feet away from antenna and still blinks yellow that says it's too close. Will try additional cable to get it 50+ feet away and see if it works.

Flare 3.0 is a high gain booser... high performance...but you need good antenna separation. One foot of vertical separation approximates 20 feet of horizontal separation. Get the antenna high on the roof and if the booster still flashes put a piece of tin sheet 4ft x 4ft in the rafters beneath the antenna.

We purchased this booster to get better coverage in our home. I moved the antenna around and could not find any better signal in the home. Very disappointed...

Hello,
I am sorry to hear that your Flare signal booster didn't not provide a stronger signal for you inside your home. It sounds like you have done some troubleshooting with the placement of the inside antenna to see if that makes a difference (that is something that we would have recommended).
There are a few other troubleshooting steps that we can take to (A) ensure that your booster is working properly and (B) see if we can help you receive a stronger and more reliable signal. Please call our technical support so that we can help get your system working properly. You can contact us at 888-365-6283. Thank you for your time.
All the best, SureCall

Thrilled that there is a product out there that can make our very expensive phone service usable in our home.
