One of my favorite 4k pick-ups. the 4K restoration is stunning. Audio sounds great

Severin did a great job with this 4K edition. Would've been nice if they packaged it in their Suspiria Steelbooks that they made for their initial blu ray release. Oh well, this is still the best way to watch this classic Argento film.

When you get movies that such as this it is hard to not give it 5 stars. Is the movie itself 5 stars, well for a horror freak like myself, yes it is. Lets get to the reasons. Well it is Dolby Atmos and it is mixed to give you an experience. Yeah I love that stuff and I am a sucker for it. If you don't like it, what are you crying about? You get a 4.0 mix (at 96khz!!) and an Italian 5.1 mix. Seems there is enough for everybody here. For those of us that care, the 11 channel goodness is the way to go. There are so many points of reference. To describe every time I jumped around or looked outside to see if it was really raining, well I would be exhausted to say the least! I have heard cries of too blue or red or colorful (really?), and all I can say, if you want some green, well there is another version(s) out there. I personally prefer this release, and I have owned several of them through the years. This film was always treated well, and for good reason. I thought the 6.1 "discrete" track was the be all end all. Man times have changed for the better! While I enjoyed the remake a great deal, nothing beats the atmosphere of this truly winner of a horror movie. I wish more great classics like this one get a fine 4K transfer in the future. Clarity is wonderful, and the HDR color grading makes this film even more special. If you have a bright TV then I know you will appreciate the metallic scene. If you are first time viewer, just sit back and enjoy the ride.

The masterpiece finally restored! Wow the picture and sound on the DVD are breath taking!

This is a must see for horror fans! It looks and sounds great! I’m giving four stars due to the limited two disc 4K edition already being hard to find and expensive. A must see though.

Dario Argento's Suspiria has the best use of color that I have seen in a film. This 4k has amazing picture quality. It's one of the more expensive 4k releases that I own, but you are helping our the smaller physical media producers by supporting them when you purchase their releases. They really put a lot of time and effort into this release.

If you love this movie this is a real treat. The previous Synapse release was a revelation and I didn't think it could be bettered, but this really makes the case for Suspiria being one of the most beautiful horror movies ever made. Grain, color, black levels, audio, and everything else betters the last release.

Suspiria is a quintessential giallo horror. With a fascinating story line and powerful execution (including the stellar cinematography and luscious colors), it remains an effective and thrilling ride, many decades after its original release. Luca Guadagniono's version (retelling more than a remake) complements the original, yet offers different take on the story and characters. The 1977 Suspiria is much simpler, beautifully directed and guided by the hand of a horror master. The 2 disc special edition features plenty of bonus features on which fans can spend hours. It is a worthy addition to any film collection!

An absolute must for 4K horror fans. The colors amd black levels in this film look amazing. Even the new Dolby Atmos mix sounds great, but purists also have access to the original mix which simply sounds perfect.

Dario Argento is one of the main masters of the giallo genre and SUSPIRIA is, arguably, his finest hour. Synapse, the company that produced this release, did a painstaking restoration on the film that took years to accomplish...and it shows. A must own. See it before the remake that is scheduled to be released in the fall of 2018. You just know it won't be nearly as good as the original masterwork.

Love this movie. It's like watching a moving painting. The colors and set pieces are amazing. The story is interesting and creepy. The music is truly atmospheric. I recommend this beautiful triple disc set (blu ray, dvd and soundtrack). The steel book is gorgeous and definitely borrows from the beauty of the movie.

Oh my god… Suspira on 4K is UNREAL. The way this looks like it was shot today. This looks even better than some new releases. Amazing quality. LOVE

"Suspiria" has never been so hypnotically and deliriously gorgeous. Luciano Tovoli's cinematography absolutely sings in 4k. The stunning, technicolor-hued production design absolutely oozes off the screen in a way it never has before. This is Argento's surrealist Grimm's fairy tale showcased in all its groundbreaking saturated glory.

If you’re on the fence about upgrading your older copy, this is worth it and is a significant upgrade in all aspects. I’ve seen the film a lot but never like this. Awesome!

Great film, and great picture and audio quality. The new atmos mix is good, and this is the first time the original 4 track audio mix is available. This is hands-down the best release of this film so far.

Dario Argento's masterpiece looks incredible in 4K. The colors are vibrant and makes the film feel even more psychedelic.

I really enjoy suspiria it was one of the best horror films I ever saw. It had Joan Bennett and Jessica Harper in the movie. I consider this is one of Dario Argento best one he has ever directed.
