Highly recommend this sub. Amazing low and accurate bass response for music. Also gets you engaged during a movie. The app is a cool add on to make fine adjustments and the user community has a wealth of knowledge and suggestions.
One issue I’ve had but not a deal breaker is when set to auto the sun does not always wake up easily. Requires logging into app or really making the audio loud to trigger. Not sure if the setup has software update capabilities.

Purchased this sub after doing some online research; this is a sealed enclosure (verses a ported sub). Very happy with the sound quality and capabilities of this sub. This sub provides powerful, tight, undistorted low frequencies, and blends in well with you main speakers. This sub is used in my listening room for mostly music, and occasionally used for TV / movie watching. (If looking to purchase a home theater sub, look at SVS's other models that are ported designs)
This sub replaced an older JBL sub, and is paired with a pair of Zu Audio Omen speakers. (a 2.1 system). I consider myself a "budget" audiophile (looking for the best possible sound without spending an arm and a leg to get there)
This sub is controlled by a free SVS app that you download to your phone, and it has a ton of controls to fine tune the system. Very convenient to be able to sit in your listening area and fine tune the sub; overall, took me about a week to get this sub dialed in perfectly to meet my tastes.
I would definitely recommend this sub for anyone looking for a sub for a music only system, in medium sized listening spaces (my room is 16' x 20', with 8' ceilings).

The SB2000 Pro is absolutely the best speaker value I’ve ever owned. It can play loud or soft and is equally at home with movies or music. I have only one of these in a 16x14 home theater, paired with a 9 speaker Golden Ear Triton speaker system, and it’s enough subwoofer All by itself. Amazing. You can spend thousands more and not get appreciably better. SVS rocks for delivering quality and value in this mighty, high quality package. This is the best audio money I’ve spent in a long time. Get one. The reviewers are not wrong-this is value audio greatness. It’ll rattle your HT playing a movie, and then deliver subtle, fast, musical bass listening to jazz or Diana Krall or Jane Monheit. Excellent!
I got this delivered to the back of my SUV via Best Buy’s touchless pickup and delivery. Even better. And, I could carry this little marvel.

I bought 3 of these, a pair for my audio system (connected to the sub outputs on my integrated amp and using the subs' low-pass filters) and one for my 2.1 channel TV system (letting the receiver control the filtering). They provide quite a punch for the money. The app-based controls work well. I'm glad I waited until they trickled down to this level in the SVS lineup.

I replaced my old subwoofer of about 25 years because of hissing and popping with this SVS-12” 550W Powered Subwoofer and what a difference! It is about half the size of my old one but way better sound! My Home Theater room is large and can handle anything you want to play from movies to music! If you’re having any doubts......don’t, it’s awesome!

I bough two of these for my home theater. Space was a issue for me so the size is perfect. The sound is absolutely amazing they go low and have tight bass absolutely love them. Highly recommend going dual subs no matter what you get it smooths out the bass in the room and reduces localization.

Lovely addition to my 5.1.2 set up to make 5.2.2. The app gives flexibility to configure remotely. No need to look at the back panel. Included grill makes it better. Sounds great.

To date I am finding myself very pleased with this new SVS subwoofer! Not having the benefit of a side by side comparison to my tired, old Velodyne subwoofer, I'm enjoying the articulation that I'm hearing from this new sub. It might also be that I'm just that much more consciously listening to the lower end bass response. Given the Velodyne was manufactured in 1997, it's surely possible and likely that the technology has allowed for a greater articulation of the bass responses coming from whatever music or TV/movies are my source material.
Given the stellar reviews of this sub by audiophile magazines, I have to believe that what I am enjoying hearing is superior to what I've enjoyed in the past.
Would I recommend this? In a word: yes.

Bass! Bass! Bass! It just fills my room perfectly! I was deciding between this and a PB 1000 pro, and I chose this to future proof my system. In my current room of 1700 cubic feet, this is just Amazing!

This speaker has a rich deep sound to it. It really helps to give that theater experience. It will make you jump in awe since it is surprisingly powerful. It is not overwhelming, but gives clean sound, not booming or muddled sound.

This sub is perfect for music and movies. I had a ported Boston that was great for movies but was sloppy with music. You could always where the low end was coming from in room. The SVS blends in with the other 5 speakers and fills the room. You can’t even tell that is located on the side! When I switch it to stereo the bass sounds like its coming from the front 2 speakers which is crazy. The sound is crisp and tight. The app lets you make adjustments to dial your sound in to where you are sitting. A bit expensive though.

This thing is pretty compact(for a home theater subwoofer, its narrower than my old Polk PSW10) but sounds amazing!
Listening to Spider Man into the Spiderverse was a real treat, the sub-base was punchy and well defined.
Highly recommended!

Delivery was faster than scheduled. Very easy to install and set up. I am loving the App; it connected seamlessly to the subwoofer and the operation is very intuitive. It’s really growing on me as I play different types of music and movies. In addition it looks great.
