The bike only worked 1 day and had to return the battery it’s been almost a year and haven’t heard from them

I bought this bike for my grandson who races motocross to ride around at the track. He loves this bike rides it all the time. Awesome buy!!

I returned it, because the wheel size was too small.

My son has had many fun rides with this. Comfortable riding on mountain roads. Have had for almost a year without any problems.

Awesome bike for riding around town if you don’t want to waste gas.

The seat broke off after 5 rides. Which was 3 days after the 15-day return and exchange policy. Max weight is 250lb... my son is 160lb.

A great entry level e-bike. This bike comes at a great price the only thing that would make this bike perfect is if it came with a indicator on how much mile range it has left . Other than that it’s good. I recommend

The breaks are terrible also chair adjustment are the worst and no lights in front or back doesn't come with nothing a plain jane bike !!!!!

Got a call it was left at porch before i could ask to be left by building they were already gone from my adress when contacting me about delivery..

Overall I like the bike it looked pretty awesome but I found a few things missing from the bike and it should be there like a chain guard, fenders,lights etc. After my first ride on the bike I came home and pulled into the driveway and the wheels like froze up on me. And that's where I'm at now I'm going to call the place Best buy and see if they can help me out or what.

I just wanted to ask b4 i buy do i have to assumble everything together my self or will it come packed in ready to go?
