I attend UC Riverside and this little e bike has made my life better. It’s a nice little flex and very useful to get around campus. So far so good.

I’m 46 year old ... I weigh 225 pounds.... and it even pulls me up hills .. only thing that sucks is when the battery does run out ... it’s only got one gear ... so tuff to go up hill

This item is great for out of town use especially you can just leave your car at the hotel and travel the city on it

It is amazing bike but shipping from warehouse to home is hard cause weight and it will get damage it is shipped, best to pick at store

Bought this for my son for Christmas. Built it and he loved it. After about 30 days the pedals started coming loose no matter how much we tightened them they would come loose and then the crankshaft would come loose and would need re-tightening daily. it’s been months 7 months and it will not charge. So the bike is now just a regular bicycle. To spend $500 on something and to receive this kind of quality…… it’s frustrating.

Don’t like it the bike tire can’t bended and the pedal became broken

I had this bike for 3 weeks, really loved it, and then the entire petal broke when riding for my second time. Thankfully it was charged so I could get home or I would have been stuck. Very disappointed in the quality for this to happen. ALSO buyer beware: It should be advertised to consumers considering this e-bike that after the battery gives out you are not able to replace the battery since it is built inside the bike, not outside like other models. The warranty lasts 1 year and the battery typically gives out just after a year. According to their customer support it costs an additional $90 for their technicians to service after warranty — open the bike and handle this—in addition to the cost of the new battery which is $199 on their website. Not really worth buying an E-bike that will only last one year.
