We bought this scooter for my younger sibling so they can get to school and back home quickly while me and our parents are at work. His school is about 2 miles away from home and he’s able to make the round trip two days in a row on a single charge. Granted they prefer to walk it while going uphill.

Instead of taking public transportation and if your job it’s 10-15 miles away from home buy this product will save you $1500.00 per year. BUY the insurances :-)

I bought this to ride with my daughters because I got them Razor E200's. The Elite 5 didn't even run enough to discharge the batteries one time, and it wont spin the front tire even with the front tire lifted off the ground. Since I failed the next day after delivery, I have the option of a full refund, which I opt'd for, because they wanted to "repair" the new /defective unit. I wasn't willing to have a unit repaired on what should have been a brand new unit. Nor do I want to wait weeks for my brand new unit to be repaired. The first warranty person I spoke to <Destiny Agent #15> was not friendly, nor helpful! I'm returning the unit, and my Christmas surprise for my girls was pretty much messed up.

Just got this and I was unable to sink scooter to iphone, took it for 1st spin and the kick stand fell off, could not find any instructions on how to turn on the lights, the screen part had some white stuff around I had to clean, sticker on the side by charging port peeling off, red plastic grommet where the wires go in was out of place. I recommend getting extra protection for this.
