Was very disappointed when we opened this to set up for my grandson for Christmas and one of the handle bars would not screw on. The treads did not line up and my son in law worked on it and was finally able to work it on. It would not go all the way on, but my grandson was able to use it. The scooter is awesome and he loves it. I would love to give 5 stars because the scooter is great, but the fact it took so long to set up and my fear we weren’t going to get to use it Christmas Day makes me give a 3.

My son is happy with it. Holds a good charge and moves really well.

The scooter itself was solidly built and functioned as advertised but the battery failed to get even close to the advertised ratting of 12.4 miles listed in the specifications. I am a small guy and weight the max rating of 150lbs and thought this would do well to get around the warehouse and cut back the amount of walking I do. The battery only last a single day ~5km by their display, which is only 3.1 miles. Getting only 25% of the rated range while on flat concrete is not acceptable. For a kids toy this will probably do just fine but its not cut out for something more than some playful joyriding.

I bought this for my 8 year old daughter and she loves it. She was scared to try it at first but has now became a pro at riding it. It’s the perfect size for her and goes a lot faster than my mama heart can take. Overall, it was a great buy!

Very nice scooter. It is pretty quick and great electronic display. Get the warranty because after a year of use and abuse by a 7 year old you will need it.

This was a wonderful investment for a Christmas gift for my grandkids. They absolutely love it and ride it every day.

The screws loosen to the point that the scooter has to be taken back (twice)

My nephew has had this scooter for 5 weeks and it’s no longer working. The battery is fully charged but we can’t start it. This was a total waste of money.

Worked for 2 days then never held a charge again. Kid was super disappointed with his gift. Returned without issue and ordered a completely different one.

My son loves this! It works very well. We’ve gone on lime scooters downtown and they work just as well, if not better! Fast and easy to use!

Easy to assemble, and easy to maneuver. Its fun to have for most ages. The electric scooter is light goes a fun speed.

The scooters were Christmas gifts for my grandsons, the scooters arrived timely, they were sturdy, easy for the boys to operate.

Best purchase for my 7 year old! Easy to use and works amazing. It’s quiet and light enough to lift.

The size fits my son and easy to control for kids from 6+ years old

Unfortunately - It wouldn't start & I had to return it. Merry Christmas, right? lol Got another one - bigger, faster, and costed less - but then it got stolen. So, whatever you choose - put a tracker on it. On the bright side - the return process was easy as ever (in-store). Best Buy for the win on that part.

It is awesome!! My 9 year old son got it for Christmas the better lasts forever only 2 hour charge for full charge it gets up to 15 mph not for smaller kids.
