I bought this article to transport myself to a place, it is very good speed up to 15 miles, my work that is close and instead of walking, I use the scooter

This is my second Swagtron scooter. The first did not have any issues for my kid and he loves it. This blue one gave my other kid some trouble. My daughter says it will not go when the accelerator lever is pressed. Sometimes the motor hesitate to go forward, jerky motion and doesn’t want to go. Sometimes I would have to reboot the scooter to get it to start going. I got an RMA from Swagtron and they received the scooter on 8/27/20. I’m still waiting for it to come back. Swagtron’s turnaround time is between 5-20 business days. Crazy slow repair process. My kid have been asking me when she’s going to get her scooter back. And I don’t have an answer for her.

Boys got one each for Christmas and they are fantastic! They love them and the speed and range are impressive

Very good electric scooter. My kids have fun with it. It's one of the fastest out of most and cheapest as well.

My 8 year old loves this! It’s smooth, fast and sturdy. I’ve even been able to ride it too, at 185 pounds.

Nice scooter, I bought this for my 10 year old son he loves it. The only complaint is that it can be very bumpy with the very small tires.

So far so good!! Work great and is faster than I expected.

5 days after use scooter battery wouldn’t fully charge (max 3 of 5 bars) and lasted for less than 1 hour. Returned & got new scooter which also had issues. Cables were loose and got entangled upon installation of handle bars so wires broke. Returned within 24 hours. Will not purchase again

Santa picked this for our son and after approx 3 hours into using it the back wheel locked up. Hadn't been opened and charged officially first time on Christmas Day. So was not the experience I was expecting especially not with the quality thus product was supposed to be

My kids love it. Its perfect for age groups 9-15 yrs old.

Came uncharged, would not charge up so never even got to ride or test it out. What a waste.

Product review not bestbuy employee or store. Was so excited to it. Took all of one ride around the block for it to turn off. Was hoping simply a defect. Come to find out the store does not stock and none available to simply exchange. Not what we hoped for.

I'm around 2 weeks away from the return time period. I wish I could return this. The battery does not even last for a half an hour.

DO NOT BUY. I purchased one of these for my daughter for Christmas and she rode it twice before it quit working. It wouldn't even power on. I was within the return period so I agreed to exchange it for a new one. Now the new one quit working and I'm past my return period. Listen to this review and go with a different scooter even if you have to pay the extra money. If you don't you'll end up not having a scooter at all and having to buy something else!
